Dr Kotze has years of experience. He develops are relationship with his patient and is always enthusiastic to help and assist their needs. He goes the extra mile and cares. Dr Kotze is a friendly old chap thats been in the community of Ruyterwacht since like forever and he has been taking good care of the members that can afford to go there. Fortunately the other members of the community who cant goes to the Day Hospital. Anyways Dr Kotze is always helpful and dispenses medicine accordingly and will book you off from work but only if need be otherwise dont try your luck. The only thing that is upsetting is the reception side where they make bookings and then when you come for your appointment theres someone else that must still go see the doctor before you meaning that you need to wait another 15min or so and that your appointment felt like a waste of time.

The worst experience with the Dr will not return to his surgery ever again. He could not tell me what was wrong with my daughter even though I explained to him what was wrong he expected me to tell him. Why do I pay you as a doctor to help my child if I knew what was wrong. Left with just pain meds. Most horrible help from a dr I ever received.
