One has got to realize that under the current COVID conditions & procedures the medical staff are under severe strain.A month ago, I was bitten by a dog on the hand. Dr Douglas needed to operate on it to check for internal damage. The wound has healed perfectly in that you can hardly see it anymore. Dr Douglas was professional and courteous and responded to all of the healing process pictures I sent.I just wish that while I was under anesthetic that he could have done some thing about my receding hairline:)
I fell from my mountain bike and lacerated my face. Dr Douglas met us at the hospital on a Sunday and fixed my face. Very professional and friendly. I felt at ease throughout the procedure
