Rude and uneducated. Went there today to register a new trailer bought at Makro. Had all the correct documentation but was still refused because apparently I need a letter from the manufacturer saying that they give Makro permission to sell their trailers to the public. Neither Makarov or the manufacturer have ever heard of such a rule/letter. Absolutely ridiculous and the way she spoke to me was even worse. Never ever again

I got there after 11 and the Enquiry waiting line was empty (to my surprise). I was assisted quite quickly and the consultant was also very helpful.

Frustrating ....the queue was quite long first time but later I tried again. I rushed to get to your offices To renew 2 car licenses , getting there at 15:12 only to find that you were refusing to help anybody further☹️ People were really angry that you are not complying with your official hours

Queues insanely long. Which can be expected but no moment in 2h and no one letting the people sitting in the hot sun know whats happening is pathetic

The Kraaifontein Municipalitys personnel refused visitors entrance to the building. Insisting that visitors queue outside in the pouring rain, while there is sufficient space inside the building to queue while waiting. They treat people like animals.

Pathetic - you queue for an hour and the queue doesnt move. They make you stand outside in the rain. They have no respect at all. Slacking off and using COVID as an excuse.

Arrived 40 minutes before opening to ensure I was near the front (was 3rd). Place was clean and neat.As we entered, we were politely informed that systems were down nationwide with no ETA.We got updates now and then and then 40 min later, systems were up. Guy who helped me was great, quick and easy.4 stars if systems were online.

This municipality that serves the people seems to think there is no need to pick up their phones. I have made numerous attempts without success. How is it that you fail to deliver a service yet you think it is OK. the scores given by members of the public are exceptionally low - it is a true reflection of how customers experience their interaction with you

The Ladies as the planning office were exceptional - professional and efficient, it only took 15 minutes to get a copy of my housing plans.

My building plans was submitted for approval on the 22cnd December already and Im still waiting on approval. It is ridiculous. They insisted on an engineering appointment although it is not required, but because somebody doesnt interpret my building plans correctly they still insist - so Ive given it to them on the 2cnd February.....so now Im still waiting. If the plans are in the system of approval and they only required the certificate why on Gods green earth Im I still waiting - why must it take another 30 days after an amendment was done. Meanwhile cost of building are rising by the day. What is kind of ironic is that they are so strict and yet their own buildings are failing apart with electrical wiring hanging from the roof - just see Durbanville Post Office. In 2014 they made improvements whereby if you submit your plans online it will become much faster to approve them and yet Im waiting now going on to 3 months already.....so the question is how long did it take without the new and improved system. It just baffles the mind.!!!!
