Uglymonkey 3D printers printed my order incredibly quickly and were very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. The prices are very competitive for what was printed and I will absolutely go again to get something printed if I need to. Highly recommended if you need something printed quickly and without any hassle.

We usually use zen filament but our regular supplier was out of stock, so we bought 3 rolls of abs from henry, great chap to talk with. I found him helpful and keen to share information about how to get a great print.His filament comes in a box with suggested basic print settings printed clearly on it. This is a really good idea! The prints come out great when you follow the suggested settings.... for my first print, i just ran the same code i had always run for this job and as usual, let the print to run over night. in the morning i was greeted by a great big pile of spaghetti where the neat clean prints were meant to be🤦‍♂️... what could be wrong?in desperation i looked at the box and found his suggested print settings...aah yes, beautiful prints every time now!Following the manufactures instructions leads to success...who would have thought?🤣Marc Redline-3d

I have zero experience with 3D printing, but I would not recommend Ugly monkey to anyone wanting anything printed in resin. The STL files I sent them were perfect and to scale, however the prints I received were melted and cracked over the whole area of one side of the models.Additionally, this was possibly one of the worst customer relations experiences I have ever witnessed. The owner of Ugly Monkey had the nerve to reprimand me based on my age... more exactly his words, I quote This is why I dont like your generation, you have no respect. He said this after I expressed my disappointment with the end product, and had to follow up on my complaint.This comment was one of the most self sabotaging things I have ever heard from a companys owner... I hope this person doesnt ever treat any customer like this again. It was despicable
