Sadly no longer accepting orders under R500 and you have to buy large sets of everything. Real pity. When you do order a large amount, it takes a day to get the order picked (why????) and then you have to queue to collect in a extremely slow queue. Boltfast was awesome when they were in Montague Gardens. Now its just an excuse of an offline store.

Collecting orders is a nightmare. 2 security guys just barking to join the queue in your car and then nothing. Youre expected to just wait indefinitely with no communication. I know its Covid, but this is ridiculous.

Came to boltfast Monday morning to find out its stocktake. Fine what time mam.not sure sir.late afternoon maybe.phone later.not yet.went tuesday morning at 8 to find out its still stocktake.put in a telle sale.confirm payment.get there at 3 to meet a big line.ask security were is telesales she says dont know.lady at paycounter not there.after finding her she informs me theres a specific line for refferences but cant tell me where.theres A salesman at the counter buzy with a female.which hes trying to pick up and the lines not getting shorter.its been half a hour and the line hasnt moved.i went to reception.told them my problem and was told that the manager will be with me shortly.guess what imm still waiting.absolute dissgusting service.why must you stand so long.poor management.and Deffinatly the wrong system their using.im livit.and still no order that i paid for.

Sorry Google does not allow zero STARS. This company does not need new business . Dont go there if you have less than R500 to spend and want it the same day. They are not interested. Worst attitude ever. Thanks Clive!

Good service at bolt fast. But the wait is ridiculous and you must stand the whole time. They usually have what we need but I would pay more than rather wait in that line like a prisoner

Should change their name to bolt super slow, tell you to contact them via the telephone then they do not pick up the phone, also tried mailing them, still awaiting a response, pathetic service, worthy of a -5.

I stood in the queue for about 20 minutes and in that time, one customer was served. The two people in front of me left earlier and then I left. The two sales people at the desk were by that time no longer at the desk as it seemed that they were collecting customer orders. The system that they are using at the moment does not seem to be working.

The lines are always taking to long and the wait is insane. They need to put seats for the people standing in line. Now they have this new thing where they count your stock one by one at the door not even use a scale.#cancel your day if you want to buy lot of stock at boltfast.
