I have a Kitchen aid espresso machine and it has broken twice in the last 18 months. It only makes 2 cups of coffee a day. I sent it in, in Cape town. Very friendly staff and eager to help. However they took 2 weeks to repair it since they dont have the spare parts. Then when I got it back it was damaged. they hoped I would not notice. I sent it back again to have the damage repaired. After all this I have a working coffee machine again that lasted less than 3 months. I have to send it in again now and hope for the best. I am not optimistic, all this after paying 17k and trusting i got quality for that price

Not 6 months after buying my bowl lift stand mixer, the paint already started chipping. On a R15k mixer!!KitchenAid Africa says that:All Heavy Duty Mixers have this exact same mark, it is either purchased like this or will become like the image below over time. We are unable to do any coating or refurbishments to this part.

Worst of the worst!!! My kitchen aid has been back 5 times over the course of 12 months. For 2019 alone they’ve had it for 3 months (Jan-March) just to replace a bowl which was their own fault for giving me a defective bowl, after apparently replacing the machine (lies). The machine again was rattling like a truck which they collected on start of August and still haven’t received it back. In the mean time being threatened by the CEO Dr S Reuther with lawyers, saying that I bought the product (brand new from @home) at 25% off so I’ve voided all warranties and the service I’ve got from them has been out of GOODWILL. That after spending 6k on a useless mixer that I’ve used less than 10 times with all the issues it has! Please stay FAR FAR FAR away from kitchen aid and wings group unless you want to be disappointed and have your appliances stolen

Horrible product quality and customer care. Contacted them on Facebook on 13th of may regarding a balloon whisk which broke in two while mixing two eggs. Still not resolved. They asked for e-mail addresses, telephone numbers etc and then just vanished. It is a disgrace, especially if one takes into consideration what their products cost. We will bet back to you soon where soon means never.
