THIS PLACE LETS SCAMMERS OPERATE FREELY INSIDE. Same as another reviewer here. I was scammed at the ATM. Visa and debit cards stolen by people pretending to be security/parking attendants. Avoid at all costs. Reported to visa, hopefully they stop accepting transactions from there. All the employees just sat there doing nothing until it was over, then the lady behind the counter told me to cancel all my cards. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Ive never felt so unsafe in my entire life, 2 guys were scamming me at the ATM which is INSIDE the shop, and no one cared or tried to help me. Everyone working there just carried on and said nothing to the guy that was PRETENDING to be the security guard. Terrible and would recommend that anyone avoid this place at all costs. Going to the police and reporting this

Went to purchase a simple product. The price displayed was different to what the cashier asked me to pay. When I mentioned the price is incorrect, staff became hostile and telling me Im wrong. I showed them the price ye they still insisted I must pay the other amount. I was not concerned about the amount but rather the customer service they lacked. Completely disrespectful! On a side note, the petrol attendants are always friendly!

Never in my life have I felt so ignoredWent to the shop between 6pm and 6:05pm today. I give the time so cameras can be checked I stood by the counter looking to be helped. The lady just continued to press some buttons on her POS and not once even looked in my direction. So I walked outI used to stop there every morning to buy newspapers for my restaurant up the road but they never seem to have any afrikaans newspapers anymore. I work in the service industry but this was a new level of bad service to me.The petrol attendance are always nice though.

Quick and efficient

Most excellent service provided by Solomon who refuelled my car, offered to clear any rubbish, and get items from the quick-shop for me. I didnt need any of the extra help, but I guess it was nice to have someone offer all that extra effort.
