Petrol attendants are quite helpful. The ladies working inside are really unfriendly.. Not to mention unprofessional, no sense of customer service. Entitled, not at all eager to assist. Will make u wait just because they feel that they can.

Good Day This service station has the worst service ever the management and staff are not properly trained to handle customers with respect and a service quality even the owner pay no attention to customers needs ,The dsv locker never has boxes in store and the locke is always faulty even thou you tell the staff about the problem ,When asking to speak to the manage they refer to the boss that is never available to see to a customers needs ........Bad service bad vibe and just totally not acceptable from an Engen garage that has good standings in South Africa.Dont even deserve a starM.N Solomons

Really disappointed in the petrol attendance at the station last time I use them cam to station and was helped last until every body left realty is dont use the station bad service

Seriously need to give your staff training on customer service. Standing by a petrol pump for more than 10mins while all attendants are inside and chatting telling customers that they cant fill in petrol as they changing shifts

Friendly staff ,very quick and efficient.

Very disappointed, the lady did not want to assist me, preoccupied on her cell phone. I asked for a cup coffee and the lady spun a story that the coffee machine was broken and I had to go elsewhere.Terrible service and dreadful service. Avoid if possible.
