I am incredibly impressed with every single aspect of service given to me last year November/December by Naomi Smart of Uwe Koetter. I went for an initial consult for a signet ring I had custom made, and felt extremely safe and comfortable in the shop, as all safety protocols were adhered to. All subsequent correspondence ensued over email and WhatsApp. Every week, I had an update with pictures from Naomi, and when finally I couldnt come to pick up the ring, she hand delivered it to me at my home. Started the engagement ring and wedding band design process with Johan in April and we couldnt be happier with the end result delivered early May.
