Prof Ngwanya is a very kind, knowledgeable and humble guy. The problem is the lady at reception. She is very rude and a complete opposite of what Prof Ngwanya stands for. She needs to urgently work on her attitude, communication and people skills.

I went there end of October, my face became worse after treatment and the receptionist is taking me left and right when I want to share to the dermatologists over the phone and claiming that the prof can only see me in March for an appointment while I cant even face the world with my face😢
