One of the worst dentist surgeries ever. Admin is completely lamentable/ miserable I dare say pathetic. Financial official at this practise is extremely incompetent- had numerous problems with my medical aid and pay statements. Paid more than 2000 extra and was refunded and again got emails of money outstanding. By all means dont recommend this dental facility to anyone. Dentists themselves are overpriced in my opinion but otherwise acceptable. Im stil waiting for them to phone me personally after i have sent several emails .

My experience here was 9 years ago, but because I have now had recent problems costing me thousands upon thousands of rands as a direct result of the actions of 2 of the dentists at this practice, and now knowing much more than I did back then, I had to share my experience here. They did 2 root canals on 2 of my molars at the age of 17. I now know for a fact that these root canals were not necessary as the cavity was not nearly large or deep enough and the pulp was perfectly healthy. Apart from this fact, crowning these molars after the root canal was not even remotely mentioned as a molar needs to be crowned after a root canal otherwise it wont last very long and it will fracture. This is exactly what happened and I lost one of them within a year. The other one I was able to save barely at another dentist after it fractured and it was finally crowned.

Absolutely amazing experience. From reception right up to the Oral Hygienist. My experience was pain free, friendly and warm, extremely professional and highly skilledProfessionals. This will now be my familys Dentist ♥️

I would highly recommend Dr Smit. He is extremely professional and is so gentle. Dr Smit has been my dentist for about 13 years and I have always been so happy with his service and the quality of his work.
