I would like to share my pleasant experience at Toaki Dental Practice today, specifically towards Dr. Antoinette Kruger. In the midst of these uncertain times, not to mention the anxiety of going to the dentist; my experience was incredible. From the moment I parked my vehicle, to the professional procedures and covid-19 protocols - to the utmost care and attention to hygiene. Furthermore, the much needed empathy and consideration. Moreover, the professional dental procedure received with utmost care. I wish to Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic dentists! Fantastic staff! From braces to crowns to wisdom teeth removal, it’s all done by the fantastic dentists at this very friendly and welcoming practice.

I went in with a mild infection and mild swelling, I was told a root canal was necessary after a round of antibiotics, I was nervous about the root canal and would have been fine with an extraction. The root canal went fine with no pain however a day later the right side of my face swelled to the point of hanging from my right eye to my jaw, I had spoken with dr Fick and he assured my at the root canal everything would be fine. This was not the case, I was brushed off by Dr Meyer who told me to go get another antibiotic and see how it goes. I have work in the morning and am in pain this all after R4555 where a extraction would have been fine!

Hard to find any practice better when it comes to implants.Amazing service.But I have had 2 instances in the last year when I required emergency treatment and had to wait several days for an appointment. I find this absolutely unacceptable.Either the dentists are taking on too much work or they are not getting the message from their colleagues in reception.I have found those ladies extremely unhelpful in the past.

Great expertise. Not contracted in so usually have a co-payment, but worth every cent. My mum and my wife have both had implants through Dr Meyer and they have both been delighted with the quality both on the build up to the processes, AND the service since.

Disgusted how i was spoken too over the phone with regards to an outstanding amount.

Had to go in for an emergency tooth extraction on a Sunday. Called doc he answered and met me within the hour. Very professional work ! Thank you

Their admin lady is extremely rude and shouts you down if you query any of her statements. Impossible to make inquiries about bills without being made to feel very small.

Would not recommend.
