Great experience!The manager Naz was wonderful in accommodating me during my trip to Capetown! You can’t beat the location that has everything you need for a productive day of work amazing coffee restaurants gym and amazing ocean views from your office!!!!!A great community of people is just icing on the cake 🎂If your a nomad or local this should be your next spot!!!!

Cant speak of what it is like to be a longer term resident but using the offices for 3 weeks proved to be a very poor experience.When we arrived on our first day, they didnt know we were coming and had not prepared an office for us, parking spaces were not allocated until the 2nd week and the office itself was not premium (Bureaux Black?) - you could set up something in your garage that would rival the premium feel.We also had new people coming in and out almost every day to view the room we were in to decide if they want to occupy when we left.Poor internet connectivity - 6 x Wifi points available, but uptime was very poor across all and generally, very slow, I think it was a 3G mobile router.Note: It is right next door to a small dry dock and the walls are paper thin, we could hear the salesman in the office next door making sales calls and we knew when he lost or won business - it is noisy and not private.All in all, you cant blame the staff but the management. The website is very misleading.Avoid it if you can. They get one star because I cant give no stars.

I terminated my contract with the Bureaux and never got my deposit back. The manager Naz will not return my phone call, emails etc... So think twice before renting space with them as they are thieves! One star as cannot give a zero.

Owners consistently rip off tenants and dont pay back deposit. Dont trust these thieves.

Great to sign you up but even as a client paying for two offices for six months up front they use every excuse in the book as to why they havent yet paid your deposit back!!! Avoid them
