Beautiful space shared amongst wonderful and friendly people. The team have really gone the extra mile to ensure that you would have everything you need to run and manage an office environment from boardrooms, quiet rooms/cubicles and even an amazing chill / canteen space to have great coffees and take a breather. Parking was never an issue in the morning and was always greeted by the friendly security. Lets also not forget the great restaurants nearby and amazing views. A really enjoyable space...thank you

I absolutely love working from this space, its beautiful, has incredible views, great coffee and the staff are super helpful and go out of their way to ensure my work day is a great one. Working from home is not easy, and I needed a space to change up my work week. And this space helps facilitate productivity and give me everything I need! Its better than working from home :) way better!

Great team of people and we have found them to be very accommodating and flexible during government lockdowns. Great kitchen and standing desks as well. Very much set up for small pods. 10/10, would do video calls from here again.

Fulfils every need of a Coworking / shared office space. Quiet enough to get on with your workload uninterrupted, but also a good environment for sharing ideas with other entrepreneurs - the perfect balance for me. The owners were fantastic, and they really take time to make sure your new working space is as enjoyable and efficient as possible. I will definitely be coming back here again when I come to Cape Town for work!

It is a very lovely coworking space, thoughtfully designed. There are enough phone booths (4x) and 3 great breakout booths for up to 4 persons. The offices are equipped with electronically adjustable desks, the coffee is great and the team provides an amazing service. If you dont work from here, you are missing out!

I used HouseOf_ for a whole month in January and it was truly great. Everything from the location in the city bowl (close to everything), great office space to get work done but also provided an excellent environment to conduct virtual meetings at the height of lockdown. Great mix of regulars that made for great downtime in the breakout areas.Thanks to the excellent and helpful team at HouseOf! I cant wait to go back!

Great place to work. Its got a really nice vibe, fantastic service, fast wifi, comfortable furniture and good coffee. Theres also 24/7 access if you work odd hours.

Great space to work in the heart of the city with views. The calm ambience and the pot greens everywhere give it a relaxed atmosphere. People are friendly and give you warm welcome. Tasty coffee and a sleeping pod always cater to your current moods and the fast internet allows smooth working.

I worked at the House of_ in January 2021 and I can guarantee the air conditioning is really good even with warm weather outside :) Besides that the facilities are quite good, with several different rooms with different capacities. They even have phone booths! The wifi is super-fast and the staff is amazing (e.g. my Portuguese plug is different from the SA one and they were able to provide me adaptors really fast). The coffee is also great! An experience to repeat when I go back to Cape Town!

A great place to work - a very spacious area (also Covid friendly), with big windows and a lot of light and a lovely view on the mountains. Good coffee and super fast wifi is my absolute favorite. Guys Olli and Kyle are always super helpful in case something is needed. The office is situated in a nice neighborhood with a huge choice of lunch/dinner places and Woolworth and Spar are also nearby.

As an entrepreneur this is one of the coolest concepts out there. Greenpoint Co working is a really cool layout and place for you to work from. It boasts a few great features like reading nooks, kitchen with great coffee. Meeting spaces in the boardroom. It beats working alone from home. You will definitely enjoy this space.

As a student and a full-time worker I needed a quite and safe place to working at all hours of the night. Greenpoint Coworking offered just that. It was safe to come and go at any time of the night and quite so I could focus on my studies. The team is fantastic and go out of their way to make you feel at ease and were able to accommodate my particular needs . If you need a co-working space in Cape Town- use them!

Greenpoint Coworking is the most convenient working space ever i would recommend anyone to book office space, it is colorful and the people are friendly. Oliver is the most patient guy on the planet he will assist you with just about anything if you need his assistance. To top it off their coffee is the best and it is bottomless. Best Co-Working space in Cape Town with great people and good vibes. Internet is fast and reliable, the place is very calm and the equipment is top notch (very comfortable chairs if you need to work extra hours, your back will thank you later).The location is another big plus as there are many restaurants in close proximity and the V&A Waterfront is just a short stroll away. Everything was very clean and safety was never an issue.I can highly recommend this working space! The owners Rudelee and Erik did absolutely everything to make us feel comfortable and there is nothing missing.

We tried out 7 different coworking spaces in Cape Town and this is the one we went for. There are spaces that are cheaper than Greenpoint and there are spaces that are more beautiful (Cartel House), but Greenpoint by far gets you the best bang for your buck, super good value to price. The inside is beautifully structured so you dont feel like being in an office and it has tons of natural light which at least helps me with being productive.

Greenpoint Coworking is ALWAYS a great place to work. Spacious, with state of the art facilities including multiple boardrooms / meeting rooms, telephone booths, and a fully equipped kitchen and chill / lounge area! Also, the people are great and management team could not be more helpful or awesome even if they tried!

The desks are spacious and the environment is well lit, relaxed and quiet. Super close to a variety of well priced food places as well!Its a very pleasant space and its comfort extends beyond just a place of doing work.

A happy space makes for a happy work place. I love working at GP CoWorking, firstly the bright colours make me smile, the people are friendly and very interesting. The vibe and energy is great. The Wifi is super fast which makes my life easier as well as bottomless coffee for FREE - I mean whats not to love. The owners, Rudelee and Erik are super friendly, extremely helpful and hands on, there is nothing that is too much effort or energy for them. You are always welcomed into the space with a friendly smile which is always a great way to start your day.

I LOVE working here; the office is bright, air-conditioned, chilled, great coffee AND I was able to get WIFI despite the surrounding areas in Load-Shedding Despair !

I spent one month at Greenpoint Cowroking and had a great experience and made some new friends. My partner and I checked out a few other spaces before arriving at Greenpoint, and we knew within seconds that this was our space.The owners are very friendly - Hi Erik and Rudelee when you read this :) - internet is fast, facilities are clean and welcoming, and the location is great. There are plenty of options for lunch within a short walk, and they have a fridge available if you bring your own.If I return to Cape Town, I will of course be joining Greenpoint again.

Erik and his team really know whats important for a great coworking office: bright, spacious and quiet workingspaces, fast wifi, a big, chilly kitchen area, fair prices, telephone booths, free coffee and you can use the meeting rooms without any extra charge even if you are hot desking for one day. Whats best: 24/7 access (also for hot desk users if you ask nicely 😉 I would definetly come back again!

Greenpoint Coworking introduced me to the coworking scene and set the bar extremely high. Above and beyond the fast and effective internet, free printing, bottomless (great) coffee and tea, popcorn and other snacks, there is a feeling of camaraderie and belonging. It is clean, colourful, vibrant and a great environment to work and be creative in. The owners are considerate and accommodating and difficult not to become friends with. I have since moved to another area and had to start at another coworking space and I feel the void every day. Thank you Rudelee and Eric for what you do and how you do it.

I work remotely and have been working from A LOT of different coworking spaces in different countries. Greenpoint Coworking was by far my favorite coworking location so far. What really makes it are the owners, who are super cool and created a very family-like culture in the office. Theyd organize beer nights, events, and just different ways for new people to meet everyone.The coworking space is pretty quiet, compared to most coworking spaces. The wifi is uncapped and really fast. As much coffee as you want. Sweet chill room with FIFA on Xbox. Super secure facilities. This will be my go-to coworking spot whenever Im in Cape Town!
