I would have given 0 rating . Absolutely pathetic . No answer at all , item has been out for delivery daily but never seems to arrive . Poor poor service - in event they do answer please go an buy a lotto ticket because its definitely your lucky day .

Bunch of liars that exploit your patience while waiting for your pacakage. When you follow up they confirm its out on delivery but the driver is very busy and it will be delivered before 5pm then nothing arrives. Then they ignore you when trying to contact them again. Use this company if you want to wait 5 days for an overnight delivery.

Have used them a few times and it has always been a speedy delivery.

These guys really take the smile out of Xtra Smile.Rather deal with XOC or Courier Guy directly. Xtra Smile will lose your package and the get rude over the phone when you try to track it.All the promises are made to follow up and nothing ever happens.

Pathetic absolutely pathetic. Nobody answers any of the contact numbers provided. The main problem our company had was with the courier man himself. Rude and lazy to do his own job. The parcels weve received were damaged and the courier man said he cannot accept any damages if we open up to inspect.
