I wish I can give them less than one star. Waiting now for more than a week for my delivery. Phoned them on 13 October 2021, was told the order will be delivered on 14 October. Still waiting. Pathetic service and company

I placed an order with PnP clothing online. I never received any details regarding my order until I reached out to them directly. I do not quite understand how parcel ninja and Fast and Furious are linked but no company reached out to me with a waybill number or a delivery date and time. Furthermore, when I received my waybill number from PnP directly, I went onto the website tracking and it stated delivery attempted, however no one contacted me regarding my package.The next day rolls around and my package now says out for delivery, however after reading reviews, I was worried that package may never reach me so I contacted Fast n Furious and they are definitely are not fast with their responses. I called them, no answer and then emailed them and it sent an out of office response, however someone did reach out to me later in the afternoon to let me know that my package had been delivered.Not a great experience but not a good one either, the stress of not knowing where my items were and when they were coming was not worth ordering from Pnp Clothing and I will be bringing this to their attention as well.

Im so frustrated by the poor service this company offers. Called to confirm my delivery yesterday as well as my address. waited all day and called again late afternoon to be told my delivery was returned to warehouse because i was unreachable. They have 2 numbers to contact us on and neither was called. checked the tracking page and the reason for unsuccessful delivery was client not available yet i stayed home the entire day waiting for this delivery. still waiting. was told it would be here within a timeframe that has now lapsed. trying to call the cape town branch now but the number is not available. At no time does any one attempt to reach out and keep you updated. What an absolute nightmare for a courier company. Completely missing the plot trying to live up to that name.

Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First the package was with the wrong courier(Monday). Was promised that manager would escalate the matter to the correct warehouse... New date was set for yesterday, courier ended up at the wrong address after I gave the name surname and contact number of the person where they needed to deliver it. Now I must wait for Monday(Package was bought Sunday last week)

This has to be the worst courier experience Ive had. First they tried to deliver my parcel to the wrong address god know what was going on there cause they had the correct address and still got lost. Then i was notified the delivery was going to happen today but no delivery came nor any phonecard. Odd cause they called when they were at the wrong address in a very unprofessional manner too I might add. Logged on to tracking and it says delivery failed. A blatant lie I live in a complex and there is 24h security that collects parcels. I have never had any issue with any other delivery service ever. Stuff from wish gets here my address is very easy to find. The only explanation is blatant incompetence.

Poor communication, and failure to make delivery within expected time frame. Morning of delivery confirmation received by sms 7:55am ...delivery with Fast and Furious. You can expect delivery shortly. To track... whole day goes by no delivery! Tracked order via link provided in sms Delivery Failed - Client not Available updated at 18:31pm.No contact was made to client!I have a standing arrangement with neighbours where we accept parcels on behalf of one another. No delivery was made at suggested hour of failed delivery.No communication to client of delays or failed delivery!In my experience couriered good are normally delivered within business hours, not outside of business hours!Poor expectations You can expect delivery shortly no time expectation given, or at the very least an estimate for morning or afternoon delivery.Waste of time and impact to personal schedule.Not the first time this has happened!

I have placed an order with runway sales. received a notification from the courier company that the parcel is out on delivery and will take bout 24hrs. thought nothing of it at the time, but 24hrs turned to couple of days, needless to say I called the telephone supplied and lowly, the nicest young man answered the phone. he assured me the parcel will be delivered and make that EXTRA effort to make contact and assured me its on its way.I, thank you so much HAPPY for your communication. You have a good heart and a gentle soul. Thank you young man !!!!!! May you grow with the company and within the company. Thank you!!!!

My order was handed over to the courier on Monday, and it is now Thursday and I havent even got a delivery date yet.Ive literally had parcels arrive from the USA and clear customs faster than these guys do local deliveries. Shocking.Just look at the other reviews, and an average of 1.5 stars - anyone using these guys should re-consider their courier partner.

I ordered fragrance at Edgars on a Sunday and the item was collected by the courier company the next day. When I phoned Edgars on Wednesday, they have indicated that delivery is usually between 24 to 72 hours. I followed up 120 hours later and referred to the courier company. When I followed up with them, I was told that they first start with business deliveries. It is now 130 hours later and I am still waiting. Edgars, please take your business elsewhere as this company is dragging your name down the drain. Pathetic service.

I hope this company reads all the bad reviews. They just deliver bad services. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but when i called, after 6 calls(they never called back as promised) they tell me the order was never dispatched for delivery. Tomorrow is a holiday, and now i have to see if that package will arrive here. Takealot must not make use of this courier again

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Quick to take our money, with absolutely no customer service, feedback or anything what so ever. Im certain the contact detail on their website is fake as nobody answers any of those numbers. Over the last couple of days I have sent in access of 30 emails, messages and STILL, nothing - no response. How is it that companies like this are even allowed to exist and who is responsible for regulating these type of businesses? It is shocking!!! I am opening a case of theft against them. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Order from TAKEALOT where Fast & Furious was hired by TAKEALOT to deliver a furniture set to my house. The furniture has not been delivered, we asked TAKEALOT where the items are and TAKEALOT said to us, that the courier has said to them that they have delivered it to us. So the courier company is stating that we are lying regardless of having spent tens of thousands with takealot with NO issue at all with TAKEALOT delivery where they handle their own. Fast and Furious has the audacity to tell TAKEALOT that they delivered the furniture when they know very well nothing has been delivered. WOULD NEVER USE THESE FAST AND FURIOUS COURIERS

Dont waste your time with these couriers - they promised to collect items that were mistakenly delivered to my place, on numerous occassions & yet failed to collect!Why takealot.com uses these couriers as their 3rd-party couriers really surprises & annoys me, as they messed-around & lied to, both myself & takealot.com regarding collection.If you want to be disappointed - these couriers wont let you down!

If I could give a absolute zero rating I would!My Takealot order took more than 3 weeks to be delivered and then Fast n Furious couriers never delivered the most important and valuable item, a queen size headboard. I am still waiting for feedback. They were also extremely arrogant when my wife questioned them about the headboard that was not delivered. I also hold Takealot responsible for this because of their extremely poor judgment and choice in courier service. Fast n Furious have the worst rating I have every seen for anything on this platform however Takealot deemed them fit to courier their customers goods and associates the Takealot brand with such a poor and unprofessional courier company. This says a lot about both companies.I have formally complained and informed Takealot that I have not yet received my headboard but have received no feedback on the whereabouts of my very expensive headboard or when I will receive it, if ever. This despite being promised that somebody from Takealot would contact me Pathetic service.

Customer call line is appalling. Long delivery waiting time. Delivered my package to the wrong address, and I had to resolve the matter myself because the driver had no idea where he delivered my package. Luckily the people who accepted my package luckily contacted me. Waiting for another package which is delayed due to backlog on deliveries.

Cant believe that Takealot still use this company when there are so many bad reviews. My order was meant to be delivered yesterday (Friday). I phoned and they said they would phone back - still waiting! They then rescheduled to today (Saturday). Its a heavy delivery so got them to deliver to my home address, and I worked from home on Friday, but Im not waiting at home for the delivery today.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am actually shocked that Superbalist would make use of this company. A quick internet search and Ive found countless negative reviews about their awful service.I ordered a TV Unit from Superbalist. It arrived completely broken. Ive been trying to get this item collected since 15 Nov. Ive sat at home countless times, each & every time the Superbalist team confirms that the item will definitely be collected (because they got a confirmation from the courier), but then the courier never shows.Superbalist claim that the only way of contacting these guys is via email - email?! So theres not much they can do. Are you serious? In todays day & age and with such a big online store, theyre OK with this type of service level?I actually blame both Superbalist and this completely useless courier company. Both should be called out for poor customer service & neither company deserve any support.

Sit around the whole day waiting, only to receive an SMS after noon to say that theyre rescheduling for another day. My order from Takealot is being delivered by this courier company. It was out for delivery yesterday, and got delayed. I phoned in again today, and again its not even on the courier vehicle, so scheduled for tomorrow.Two day delivery delay on an order. Poor courier company named Fast n Furious but really is anything but. Slow & tedious more like it. Wouldnt recommend.

Missed the scheduled delivery date. Next day they were running late (after 5PM) but driver indicated that he was on the way and that I should wait for him at my workplace. 2 hours later he still did not pitch and with no notification or update.And pathetic of TakeAlot to use FnFs unacceptable service.

The most appalling and non existent service l have yet experienced. You cannot find a supervisor. Their computer spits out incorrect postal codes and months after month you have to spend ages to get hold of a human to get the matter resolved and to get our parcels. Unfortunately we cannot change our courier as AVON is the despatching company with whom they are contracted.
