I sent Skoon a message expressing my dissapointment (without expecting too much) and was completely blown away with the service I received.To say its the best customer service Ive ever experienced would be an understatement. They made a huge effort to get in touch with me (in between all of my meetings and calls) and spoke to me for a long time doing a virtual skin assessment. They took the time to listen to all of my skin concerns and helped me understand how to approach a skin care routine.They then sent me a round of samples so that I could figure out which products would be best for my daily skin routine, and then another round of samples for the treatment aspect of my routine.After we consulted via email even further, I figured out which products are best for my skin and they refunded my original purchase so that I could buy the correct products.Brilliant service! And I love what the company stands for :) Could not recommend them more!

Im a long time user of SKOON.s cleansers, but I recently tried the Wow Wow Wonder serum. I was delighted to find that it calmed down the red, bumpy rosacea on my cheeks! Thats a great bonus, as there isnt much you can do for rosacea except go on antibiotics!

Brilliant company with superb quality products

Skin was extremely dry and dehydrated. Used glowdrops (sample) concentrate the evening and next morning with a moisturiser. Could feel a immediate and remarkable difference. Skin felt amazing. Needless to say went back to health shop to purchase the concentrate, serum and moisturiser for dry skin.
