Terrible service and a waste of R1200! Came to the practice for its good reviews and praises. The consultation with the dr. Was pleasant and i agreed with his treatment plan.Yet I could not get the receptionist or administrative staff to send me a quote!! It took 4 calls from me, 3 weeks, and a lot of staff excuses to finally receive the quote. Once i got it, the quote did not describe the mentioned procedures by the dr. In written words that I could understand and agree to. I then requested via mail the quote to be written with the specific description of the services I would be provided with, on the 1st of September. Still no reply. (Today is the 25th) so in conclusion very unprofessional and disappointing. And with this attitude to clients, I’d rather spend my money somewhere else.

Personally I dont give reviews, I dislike it, but in this situation I feel that it is so necessary. I met Dr. Zak a while ago, such a nice person with a very open personality. The service I got from him was amazing regarding what I went there for. I got referred to another amazing doctor, Dr. Pierre, the doctor who extracted all of my wisdom teeth. One thing about me, is that Im not a fan of pain and sounds of machines in my mouth and the feeling of teeth being moved or extracted, but Dr. Pierre and his amazing assistant made me feel so at ease and was so supportive. They asked me a lot of times if I am okay, or do I feel any pain etc. Never have I had so much care in a place where I imagined people dont come out alive. Well done to Dr. Pierre and Dr. Zak for running such an amazing place, and keep up the great service, and spectacular work. I will refer literally anyone to you guys. The nicest people, with the BEST results in what they do! I had a fear of a dental room, but I have overcome it, because I had amazing people around me doing the work. Once again, thank you so so much.

JAN 2021 Really impressed with Dr. Pierres empathy and care during my treatment today at my first visit. He was able to educate me as to what I can expect, manage my expectations as to my results and above all be honest in what I can expect.Look forward to the results will update after next treatment.Update March 2021 - the aerolase treatments are absolutely making a difference and have really helped overall in terms of skin health.Update May 2021 - I can say that aerolase is worth it for a pain free, safe and highly effective way to even skin tone, reduce pigmentation and improve overall skin health.
