Just got back from having my tooth removed, wow just wow..the service is amazing! considering i havent been to a dentist in 10 years due to an extremely bad experience.. Dr Ebrahim made me feel so relaxed and spoke me through everything, even taught me a few things! lovely experience. Going back for my follow ups with no nerves this time :)

Very professional, kind, and affordable.

I unfortunately have had a horrible experience! I called in to find out if they do surgical extraction. The dentist said it not always necessary to have it surgically extracted (cut the gum) and that I should come in and he can check it out.I got there he advised there would be no need and that he can extract it normally. He injected and waited for my tooth to be numb. The whole time he was informative and now in hindsight up selling me trying to get me to do everything all at once. He suggested he clean my teeth while I was waiting for the numbing injection to kick in.Long story short he didnt complete the cleaning and said I should come back another time to complete it. He proceeded to take my tooth out. It kept breaking so he was taking out pieces at a time. After a very short while he said he was done! He then showed more my that 5 small broken pieces. I didnt get it because iv taken out a wisdom tooth before so I was expecting large roots along with those pieces. He INSISTED thats how it should look and the tooth was gradually breaking away thats why there was not much to take outNext day I discovered my tooth was still there. I took a picture and went back to him he says its not possible that its my tooth that it could be build up! He wouldnt even want to look at the picture. He checked me again and eventually couldnt deny it was my tooth and wanted to numb me again and work on it! I refused, how could I trust someone whos been so dishonest. He was not forth coming and now in hindsight I feel was very manipulating.My tooth is now worse off and even my teeth as a whole are sensitive. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and he he is shocked that he would blatantly lie like that.Its upset coz I specifically chose this place because of the good reviews. Maybe their procedures were easier or maybe just unlucky!😣
