Wonderful store. They have a dedicated Vegan Freezer, where I found the most delicious Vegan Chana Masala by True Nature. So delicious! I cant wait to go back for more.

We have been working with Copy Wizardz Gardens for decades but it seems there service has deteriorated dramatically since their previous manager Cheryl left. They are slow, unreliable and take an unacceptable long time to even acknowledge your presence in the shop where you are kept waiting for service whilst their many staffers try and look busy on their computers. When you phone to ask if something is ready for collection, you are told it is, only to get there and again wait whilst someone sees you only to tell you your printing is still being worked On. No one seems to be managing the shop or interested in giving a responsive service

I am so impressed with this company! They offered me an easy interface (website) to request a quote. They were so affordable, responsive and had my custom designed desk calendar with in a few hours. I am so happy!

The service here varies wildly between excellent and appalling, and unfortunately most of my experiences have been in the latter. It often feels as though you are doing the staff a disservice in requesting jobs, or that they are doing you a favor, and email communication is delayed and frustrating. I requested a quote on a Monday morning for a minor job with a deadline for Thursday, and by Thursday afternoon, had hardly received any correspondence despite calls and in-person visits to the store to try and hasten things, let alone a final quote OR confirmation that the job would go forward. Its extremely frustrating as it outshines other in-person staff who supply personable and good service, and makes it difficult to justify returning to the branch.

Fantastic service and pricing. I walked-in towards the end of the day and unfortunately had a lot of questions (me being a bit behind on formats, dimensions, etc), but Gavin was extremely helpful and I felt comfortable with my purchase.Also, there seems to be a coffee stall and internet Cafe space, which you may want to check out if youre traveling or waiting for your printing to get done.

A one hour job ended up taking 4 hours! I missed my deadline. Terrible service. Cost me a fortune as well. Don’t use them!

Not the best experience. Lovely layout and looks very smart.

You can email through your printing, but this is not a collect service. When you arrive you must queue and get sorted - think more bank or home affairs than a truly digital experience. If you need bespoke service then this may be more worthwhile but if you want a quick doc printed off then I would try somewhere else. It could be that they are just too busy, but response to emails is slow and the so are the queues.

Arrive at 5:40 at Gardens to print some menus, then waited ten minutes to be helped. Someone asked I needed help, and when I told him what I need I was told very passive aggressively by a staff member that it was ten to six and did I really expect him to print and laminate something. I then said I run a business as well and if customers come in wanting assistance and I’m open, then I help them. He then printed one run, then came to me and said “do you really expect me to be able to trim off the print ready marks and laminate in ten minutes? Anything after 6 goes into overtime”. Felt really told off and put in my place, so I left. Not the first time I’ve dealt with this rude guy. Definitely the last.

Had to wait like 20min just to print 1 page because their self service printing isnt available due to covid. They need more staff and better processes.

I have always found Copy Wizardz at Gardens very helpful. Today I had an utterly miserable experience. I had produced an A5 brochure for printing two-sided, which I delivered in pdf - as a single pdf. I was told that I needed to separate out the pdf into single documents (ie 4 pdfs) and to resize the A5 to A4. My design skills are basic, and I struggled for two hours in the shop to try to achieve what had been asked, without resizing fonts and images. I was told that no one could help me because they only work with print-ready pdfs. In the end I gave up and went home. I tried another printing company, who had no problem accepting my single pdf or printing out the 50 copies I wanted. Your loss Copy Wizardz - I will never use you again. Oh and did I mention that I was super-stressed because it was my Mums funeral programme.

Martin helped me and he was fantastic! Professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. He made my experience a great one. Martin even helped me get my order out in record time and gave me a brilliant price! I will definitely be recommending Wizardz in Garden!

Friendly and helpful, but I found it to be a little understaffed. There were only 2 people helping customers. There were only about 8 people in the queue, but it took me almost an hour to have 5 birthday invites printed. I would increase the star rating if the service wasnt so slow. Im happy with the prints though.

I visit Wizardz frequently and would happily vote this store the best in the Gardens Centre. Service is first-class. From the staff, there is always a smile together with a friendly greeting. In short, the staff are well-schooled in customer-interaction. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I was chastised by gavin for coming in late to do some copies. If your operating hours are until 6 then you must be able to help your customers until 6. Why tell a customer to go to the waterfront because it is open until 9?

We have had wonderful service from Wizardz. We have used them on various occasions which included printing pamphlets for our wedding, doing business cards and doing business pamphlets. On all these occasions their service was quick, professional, well-priced and of a very high standard. We would definitely recommend them!

I have never been dissapointed with service here. Please note you cant get certified copies of documents here. They can copy but you must certify at the police station not to far down the road. But Wizardz is absolutely great. Thank you for great services, great service and a good time.

Good print quality, but extremely expensive. Additionally, they charge for the smallest services like printing multiple pages per sheet of paper, making ONE cut, etc. Won’t come back.

I thought Wizardz would be the best place for UK passport photos. The first photo was rejected by UK.gov I gave it another try but after two sessions I had to go to Orms (who charge the same price!) Thank you, the Wizardz manager did refund me but they really need to upgrade the photo booth.

I have always had good friendly service at Wizardz in Gardens, but they really outdid themselves with my last experience.I had a T-shirt hotpressed for a Christmas present and realised there was a mistake on it the day before Christmas :(Sasha and Yumnah went above and beyond to get a new print sorted for me that same day and were so wonderful about it, even after realising that the mistake was actually mine!Really outstanding customer service and it saved my Christmas. Thank you!!

Specifically called to find out if they can take ID photos, drove to the mall, paid for parking in the mall only to be told once i get there that the guy who takes the photos will only be in after 12:00.

Poor communication but quick turnaround time and good quality - 1hour for 40x A3 posters sent via PDF. Simple questions turned into long back and forth email conversations which lead me to eventually give up on trying to get a student discount we were promised (the reason Wizardz was actually recommended to us: supporting students). Will rather use somewhere else next time and avoid the frustration. Thanks for the prints though.

Mailed my requirements for some presentation boards, asked if the files were of adequate resolution and offered to arrange higher res if needed. Went ahead and printed the low res ones, didnt flag it, rendered unusable for presentation purposes, left with no time to correct it before a big meeting.

Wizardz service and turnaround is fantastic. I emailed my artwork and needed the cards on Monday. Seeing that I hadnt seen their reply Yumnah called me on Sunday to just ensure that cards were ready in time for me to pick them and catch a flight on Monday afternoon. Avoid printing here at all costs. Extremely unprofessional service and inaccurate quotation received compare to the final invoice. The quality of the prints also leave a lot to be desired.

I made sure I took a very good look at his name tag - An employee by the name of Storm at the Waterfront branch had completely wasted my time on 5 prints I needed, he was only able to help me print out 3 because he lacked the knowledge to print on a CD and did not have the grammage of paper I had needed, I spent AT LEAST 45 minutes to get 3 prints & an additional 15 MINUTES for my RECEIPT! This guy had to call his manager to print out my receipt!Seriously, how do you employ someone who doesnt know the basic of BASIC duties? 1 hour wasted because this employee was incompetent & lacks the knowledge to actually be of any useful assistance, it also seemed like they were blasting music when I arrived, I would NOT RECOMMEND you to have things printed here! EVERYTHING IS SLOW! They will waste your time!

These guys have saved my hide on so many occasions. Excellent services everytime. The coffee shop makes very good coffee as well while you wait.

Saturday 26th November. The average wait in the queue to do a simple print job is over an hour. The queue only moves forward because customers have left in disgust. If this is typical then you need more staff on the weekends. Never coming back.

You will never get charged correctly. One day the same size poster will be R500 and the next day that EXACT poster will be R1500.Not impressed at all.Rip off.

The printing is good but the service can be SO slow. More than once Ive walked out without what I came for because its simply taken too long.

Professional, helpful and friendly

Wanted to use you guys. 7:30 am, but there were staff in the shop. I pleaded but they refused saying they havent even switched on their computers. I understand that one does not want to set a precedent, but its all about customer service. If they really couldnt do it, sure. But to give some lame excuse. In the end another shop down the road helped me even though their door also said 8:30. I tipped all 3 staff money for coffee and a sticky bun.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pricing was reasonable.

Endlessly frustrating. Took a full day to get a quote from them - mostly because they didn’t read the email correctly and kept getting the figures wrong.Not knowledgeable about their own stock or processes.

I enjoy their trading hours. However, some of the staff are honest about price structuring, and some staff only quote the most expensive quality of print per order. Always ask about the price structuring.
