Although we have had a bad experience before when I used a buyers attorney, we decided to follow his advice. We were kept in the loop right from outset by Robert Krautkramer and Stinie Lambrechts and the process went very smoothly. Ms Lambrechts, the conveyancing secretary at the Durbanville branch, did an excellent job and responded to all queries virtually immediately.
