In my capacity as principal of an estate agency, I deal with hundreds of conveyancers. This is a firm which does not look after all the parties interests in a transaction, especially if you are a first time buyer who pays the fees. Disgraceful and does not add value to a what should be a great experience.

Registration of a property we bought took 15 months due to what seemed to be incompetence. Worst house-buying experience ever. Will definitely not recommend ESI.

Paying occupational rent to them almost 4 months and no reason as to why house registration taking so long after there email saying it will be 2 months.Worst customer service ever.They dont care about the people.

And here we are again.... Jan 2021 battling with them again to send a doc to the municipality so that our refund can be paid out....... No care in the world as they have jobs and gets paid... No compassion towards us who lost our jobs due to covid... So the refund as little as it may be is nothing to them.......AGAIN I STATE THAT THIS IS NOT AN ATTORNEY TO BE USED FOR ANY HOUSE SALE................. .. we bought and sold a lot of houses BUT THIS DEAL with ESI.. was THE WORST of them all... .. I will not recommend using them at all... there is hardly communication and if you do speak to Melissa, she is short and abrupt... we asked her to lodge with our purchase but she just ignored our numerous requests to lodge together and did not advise our attorney that she will be lodging earlier and not the Monday she originally stated... it took them since mid June to 25th of Oct to get their clients things in order to lodge.... SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!...... I hold them and their client responsible for rushing us out of our house with false promises of the house being registered on the Monday so we had to immediately had to move out the friday and did not have time to put up curtains also and was burgled same day we moved in whilst we were sleeping and their client up to date did not pay us our occupational rent.. WHICH ESI DID ALSO NOT CLAIM FROM HER BECAUSE SHE ALSO SELLS HOUSES AND APPARENTLY USE THEM FOR HER DEALS....

ESI was the conveyancer on the transfer of a house I bought in January. Besides numerous emails with many mistakes and confusion during the transfer I am still waiting for a full copy of the electrical COC I requested 6 months ago. I do not recommend using them as conveyancer the level of service is low to not say inexistant.
