Really great place to hold events. I am helping set up the Ramadaan festival and there are a lot of really great stalls and a lot of friendly people. Theres also a cute cafe right outside the hall. Very clean and well organized.

CTICC 2 during time of Covid 19 pandemic has easy entry venue requirements and the coffee shop has all the hygiene arrangements in place to make you feel comfortable and have an enjoyable experience

A first class convention centre. The different size venues, views, facilities, parking and location, makes for a good choice when hosting or attending an event. The different venues are easily recognized by flower names and photos. There is a coffee shop, ATMs and lounge seating available on the ground floor. The bathroom facilities use recycled water, keeping the water shortage in mind. The entire building is wheelchair accessible.

Went for a function and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food or lack of. First day there was enough for everyone and day two there was a shortage. The pasta was disgusting, it tasted like soup mix was used for the sauce. The burger was even more disgusting. To much pastry. Cheese was cut in a triangle for bun filling which is cutting corners and leave some parts of the bun dry. There was a huge lack of consistency. I loved the beef salad. Some tables had feta and others none. I did not get dessert for day 2. The blue berry dessert was lovely. The fish was nice but over cooked. We had to sit on the floor to eat.

A well constructed international venue accessible from all angles. Food, good quality food, is at your doorstep. Ablution facilities are super clean around the clock. Conference facilities are modern and very much user friendly.

We have had 4 exhibitions at the CTICC to date, and would recommend this facility to anyone considering an exhibition in Cape Town. There are cheaper options available in Cape Town, but this is worth the extra cash.

Beautiful venue for conferences and events! I attended some shows during the Cape Town Fashion Week and I must say I was very impressed. Clean, great service and an amazing place to visit.

First time at the CTICC 2.. Always only went to Expos at no. 1.. But it feels the same.. Bathrooms are clean.. Coffee Stations.. Nice atmosphere outside seating.. Enjoyed the experience

Convention was great that I went to. The reason for my 3 star review is because of the service I received from Cticc beverage stands.They charged R60 for a small redbull (3 times the retail price). 1.5 times retail is fine, twice might be acceptable, but not 3 times.Later the day I ordered a large filter coffee, they charged me for it, and gave me a small one instead. When I pointed out that I ordered a large cup, they informed me they dont have large cups. Luckily the manager was near by and he told me he would refund the money, but that didnt happen either. They finally brought over large cups after about 15min standing there and I got to pour over the small cup and get it topped up.(Edit: I cant send my details if you do not give me a platform or details to send it to)

Wow World Class Convention venue ! The buildings are so huge and immaculate and there is friendly staff in uniforms for all the events. Awesome indeed!

Front desk staff were polite. Security very helpful. Management are rude though, and no one knows whats going on in the building

Always an excellent venue for International Trade Fairs, probably the best in South Africa. Easily accessible with ample parking and clearly marked areas and way pointers.

The city was beautiful...lovely venue

State of the art facilties except for the parking ticket machines which dont take cards or large cash notes. But the security guard was especially helpful in assisting with my escape which is nice. So they get an extra star for employing the right people.

The bathrooms are so pretty😍 so clean, enjoyed my time there. Ordered a hazelnut latte and it was wonderfully foamy from the local coffee shop.

If you looking for a nice polished, big and spacious venue CTICC 2 is that place. Perfect for big functions, the food was amazing with perfect portion sizes, filling and really delicious. I rated this a 3 because the bar service was a let down. Not well stocked nor organised, long wait to be served. They ran out of Gin, Vodka at one point ice and glasses. Other than the bar, superb venue.

Attended the Education Conversation for the Future. Wonderful facilities well equipped and very convenient. Making the visitors feel welcome and at home.

I attended an Event in June 2019 at the CTICC. Over 3500 delegates were in attendance and all went well. The venue is ideal for large crowds & comveniently situated in a beautiful city! Close to transport & a host of accommodations.

Nice, spatious conference area. Food and toilets are easy to access. Most of the parking is fairly distant, though. There are elevators for accessibility options, but accessibility will depend on how any particular conference hall is set up.

Nearly forgot that some exhibits were also situated here, as an overflow to CTICC 1. Smaller, but not as crowded as the main exhibition during AFRICOM.

Efficient, functional, well designed and laid out. Its architecture is nothing to write home about, but does the trick if youre in need of a convention centre.

Attended an event there a few weeks ago, the Pre Ramadaan expo, it was a good event hosted by the organisers, however the CTICC management did all they could to make the experience unbearable.I was 7months pregnant at the time and one of the vendors at the event, they would not allow me to bring in any food of my own to eat at my stall, and when my husband had gone out to get me food he was told he was not allowed in. I was forced to walk all the way outside to have something to eat.The closest bathroom to our stall was at the entrance of the hall, the security would not allow me to just go to the bathroom and forced me to walk all the way around to another bathroom. Heavily pregnant and barely able to walk properly. I was shocked by their level of concern.A Muslim run event cant be hosted at the CTICC as they wont let you bring food in from outside food stall vendors who were part of the event! Doesnt make sense. They force you to buy from their cafe inside the building but the food is not halal and extremely over priced. Ridiculous.Also parking is ridiculously expensive, for a vendor who is there till late, their ticketing process of buying a R50 parking ticket valid for the entire day, serves no purpose if the kiosk closes early.

Accessibility and signage need to be improved, but an overall lovely convention centre for events and conferences like the one I was at. Theres an ATM and coffee shop inside for those who need it and its attached to a hotel in case you wanna grab a quick bite.

We attended a work function on 27th October. Venue was beautiful.Only 2 bars were open, for over 800 people. Around 10pm, the one bars card machines stop working and the other one ran out of gin and clean glasses.

Decent conference facilities although could do with more charging points for laptops and phones.

Cticc 2 just takes the Cape Town conference scene to the next level. A Beautifully designed space to use for an exhibit and a great team to deal with.
