Store was waaay to full with people now when I was there. Instead of opening a new till to ease the traffic one remains closed and the line Im in then closes cause its home time, plenty of other staff running around... useless

Smaller version of a pick n pay, well stocked with good service.

Very helpful staff, going out of their way if you need anything out of the ordinary. Selection is adequate for most things. Its often busy, and is far easier to find things in than the much bigger store in Long Beach Mall

Relatively busy store with all the essential items. Requested a quotation and was informed by a lady I must come a day in advanced simply because I informed her the quotation given to me was not sufficient.

I have consistently advised the supervisors and the cashiers that the prices in the shelf does not match the prices when scanned. This has been going on before the lock down. Please correct your mistake as this is essentially ripping people off.

Very friendly and honest staff. We were deciding on buying cake and were recommended which ones were the freshest.

Big store but greasy. They do not have backup power which is crazy given the fact that they serve a „fresh“ cold cuts section which looked disgusting and which means that everything that should be kept cold is sometimes without cooling 6 or more hours of the day depending on outages.

Today I was shopping in pick .pay fish hoek when approached by a security guard saying I could not shop in the store wearing my full face mask I asked why it is actually much healthier than cloth mask and by the way there was no person spraying hands at the entrance .please clarify this situation goodbye pnpay fishhoek

Busy late afternoons. Quick tellers. Helpful shop attendants. Great variety and layout. Good food. Occasionally food close to expiration or rarely passed expirey date (a day or two) but usually they are pretty good with rotating stock.

I have to say that the Deli Meals at Pick n Pay Fish Hoek are the Best in the Valley- including PnP Longbeach and All of your competitors. The food is excellent, and the Staff are helpful and Friendly- especially the Gent in charge. Please thank them for me.

...Badly needs to be upgraded and refurbished! Really heading down the road of becoming an over-stocked 3rd World supply store, as against an enjoyable shopping experience!!

I loved my shopping experience, I have to thank the Cashier, I wish I took her name what a polite helpfull and talkative young lady. Big ups to her, I will come to your Manager and show you out for shining so bright!!

This pnps service is one of the worst I have ever came across.There is always nobody to assist.Products do not have prices on them, one cannot even find a scanner either.You always wait for a long period before getting served in general.Please, do something about the above.

Helpful staff and managers. Always prepared to get from other stores if the dont have stock. Very good with shopping orders and delivery.

Fresh produce section is limited but sufficient. Well stocked for such a small store.

Nice clean supermarket with adequately spaced aisles. Small size does mean that more obscure food items may be absent from their stock.

The best 2 things about pick n Pay, Fish Hoek, is a Lady called Stephanie and a few good female and its next to my home.

Cosy shopping centre. Late closing hours (8pm). Quick and efficient service. ABSA ATM, Vodacom Outlet, AP Jones, Cafe in the vicinity. Great place for grab and go shopping in general.

Its a really nice place to shop. Not as big as other pick n pays but good value for money.

Convenient for quick shopping but locals not happy that they are applying for a liquor licence

So disgusted with service from cashier at this branch...she closed the till without saying anything to me...didnt ask me to move etc. wasted time standing in queue...manager didnt help either...dont they train their staff on basic etiquette??

You can usually find what you are looking for. For things like soy milk and the like for vegans, but looking in vain.
