I will never return to your forecort or store again, after being rudely informed that I can no longer fill my fuel containers there (something I have done there on countless occasions) by an elderly bald gentleman who appears to be a manager there. I have been a regular and loyal customer of yours for years, always re-fueling both of my vehicles (engen is my brand of choice) and purchasing donuts for my staff every Saturday morning, amongst other things from your store. All of which equate to 1000s of rand per month. After some re-search I see there has been a legislation change with regards to the filling of fuel containers, which is noted and understood BUT to be told, and I quote you cant fill those up here pal without a greeting or any courtesy and then attempting to explain once the initial impression had already been made was all too late and left a very bad taste - its the principal and not about the fact the the rules have changed. Ironically, when I went down the road to one of your competitors, I asked what the situation was with regards to fuel containers and the gentleman inspected the ones I have. He told me mine are compliant (they are chemical specific and were originally made for Ethanol) and they happily assisted me. A really dissapointing experience.

A warm, friendly and very welcoming experience !!! All staff on the forecourt are efficient... Managers are very professional and take customer service as a priority. The Woolworths is also stocked with perfection and they offer a broad variety of options across all products. Thank you for taking your service to the next level !

Now theres an example of an awesome person and manager (at the Woolworths/Engen Service Centre, in Sea Point).After an ismall njury to my fingers - I went out searching my local neighborhood , for plasters (Bandaids).Unfortunately [this particulal Woolies is only a mini-shop/cafe with limited products] did not stock any. But then the manager told me to hang on whilst he grabbed a few from their in-house First Aid box.He did not charge me, but freely offered what he had, which (I must say) TOTALLY made my DAY! An act of kindness and consideration, which is not common place. The cashier was busy biting a packet of something, then she took a piece of plastic out of her mouth all covered in spit. No washing of hands, no face mask. She then touched customers goods with the same spit covered hand

Wheel repair shop next door helped us quickly with a leaking tyre. Very impressed with service. Thanks.
