OK service but what will impress me if they ask can we check oil and water or can I clean your windscreen which did not happen on the two recent occasions I went there.They have a car wash and there is also a trailer hire facility and a small convenience store. They also have the self help courier service machine. And a separate area for diesel trucks.

The Eco Friendly car wash has taken over since the drought hit Cape Town. And this car wash situated, at the Engen garage is one of the more successful ones. The products used are safe for your vehicle and leave it shiny clean. The staff, mostly young women are friendly, quick and efficient. They work at speed to turn the cars around. It is a pleasure to use their service.

I stop at this Engen every morning. All the more reason to see their flaws of which i dont see much. Theyre always greeting and offering to clean the windows. Theres good coffee and fresh pies every morning. Im happy with Engen Kirstenhof and their services.

I would like to thank the team at Engen for fixing my car. When I had my car washed the vacuum hooked my seat. Engen replaced my seat covers and had my car washed beautifully

This rating is for the car wash which is still part of the service station.I dont wash my car often but when I do, I have some specific basic requests one of them being dont use anything but a damp cloth to wipe down the interior. This was requested multiple times to all the staff which was still ignored.The interior was wiped down with a silicone based agent covering every piece of plastic and leather and badly at that, this was not a difficult request. Disappointed.Having to wash down the interior with soap multiple times after having it cleaned stings.
