Poor experience as I pulled up on my way to work yesterday. The foul look on the attendants face as she had to walk 2 pumps over to my car. She didnt acknowledge my greeting at all as she opened my petrol cap. I politely asked her to close it & went to the Bothasig Engen down the road where I always get great service.

Oh my word, I had the best service on Friday night. The guy, sorry I forgot his name, white older gentleman with an accent. He was absolutely amazing. You made my day. He checked everything and even laughed when I didnt know how much to pump my tired. Ill definitely be back. Keep up the great work.

So to start great friendly staff and they have been there for some time so glad to see low staff turn over.They have this new thing now where they wash all your windows which is amazing and such a great extra service!!!I fill up our cars plus motorbikes here and not had any issues, other stations tend to over fill my bikes and spill petrol which is not fun. I have seen them actively doing training with staff and it pays off.The store is very small and a bit over priced but after hours you are limited as to where you can go so glad that they are open anyways.It would be great to see them get some sort of solar solution so during load shedding we can still fill up or even a generator if need be.

I visited Engen Edgemead recently and was very impressed to meet Samantha the new owner on the forecourt. She ensured that I got the Best service ever. Was so impressed by her care for her customers. Great to see a strong lady leading from the front.The whole appearance of the petrol station has improved - everything is spotless and they even have bins for recycling. Also having all my windows cleaned by an extremely friendly man, made my day.I will definitely go back in future

The staff are inconsiderate and rude and dont answer the phone when they are singing, playing drums, laughing and talking very loudly throughout the night. I phoned them twice early hours Christmas morning to ask them to be quiet and they just carry on. Funny, they dont have an emergency number for their manager, Amanda.

The staff are always sulper fast and efficient!

The lady who runs the carwash is rude

Definitely one of the worst establishments around. Suppose its the location that saves them, but the rude indifferent attitude is rather annoying. Second time I went there today and the staff stands around chatting. No one serves you...and no other customers around. One struggle to believe this level or absence of service still exist

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Even though they were busy they helped me get sorted out, on a day when practically everything was against me. Props to them and keep up the fantastic work.

I have always put fuel at Engen Edgemead and the forecourt staff are always friendly and very helpful, however I have never entered the Kiosk nor have I ever used the car wash facility. On both the Kiosk and car wash the two ladies were very abrupt disdained. At the end after my car having a mini valet (that was too quick) I was not satisfied, as the service was rushed and not appealed to satisfactory standards. Honestly not happy!

Great Garage with very friendly stafff and great forecourt service .

Dont usually fill up here as their diesel is expensive. I have a petrol loan car so decided to go get fuel. Pulled up at the pump. Was made to reverse and use the next pump. While waiting at the next pump for someone to come help, the same guy who sent me away helps the person who arrived after me at the pump I was sent away from. I left having not purchased anything fuel. There are plenty of other service stations in the area that have better service!

Everything youd expect from an Engen Garage and warm the and familiarity for return customers. Limited stock. Enough for a refuel / quick stop and go. Open all dairy products in front of the cashier before purchase. Itll save you a return trip for the milk. Snapscan is usually fully functional and a Nedbank ATM is on the premesis. Cash wash during the day with excellent service standards. Ask for a full quotation and mention transporting any pets in the car [incurs additional fees]. Safe and secure place to be at night. Like usual in the mead.

Not a great experience this morning. I filled up my car and while the attendant was busy checking my tyres, I quickly went to the shop. When I came out I saw a few attendants standing around my car and a puddle of petrol around the filling area. Apparently the Nozzle did not stop and my car got overfilled by what I guess was at least 5L. I called the supervisor but was told that she cannot do anything about it. I now have issues with my tracker unit as I keep getting notifications that I have been in an accident, my guess is that the petrol spilled into the back bumper and messed up the unit.

Worst service, waited more than 5 mins to be assisted, still no one came and I left to go to BP on the other side of Edgemad, sad that service has gotten so bad. Will definitely not be back.
