Called in at the Builders Warehouse Helderberg branch to inquire if they has a plate compactor available, I was informed that it is available for hire. I then traveled to the branch to collect & was told that their systems were down & they cannot dispatch the unit. I asked if it could be dispatched via builders warehouse & I was then informed that the machine is broken. The whole process was an utter waste of time & took up at least 2 hours of my day. I requested the assistant to contact me the following day to see if he could delivery the unit to me, I received no such call. Terrible service!
