Its cool place to get an apartment at. Security is good as well. You just have to make sure that you are around for your visitors to be able to come through. The apartments are good so far.

Draconian entry requirements. Car licence and drivers licence checked but still no reason why? I will not encourage potential buyers to buy property there. Complec management implements policies to the last letter which makes staying there not a pleasure

Happy with everything of Villa Italia so far except for the extremely limited options on fibre providers which is terrible in my opinion. Hard to find reliable ISPs. They should open the estate up to Afrihost, Axxess etc.

Fantastic safe destination for accomodation. Its security staff are tops and the cleaning staff a very efficient around the Villa. You wont be sorry if you choose to stay there. The architecture is also very interesting.

We rented a unit here for my sister through the family company and there is a major rising damp problem right through the apartment and chronic mould and mildew developed on everything within weeks of us moving her in. She spent a fortune on dehumidifier boxes and damp absorbing tubs and still the mould kept coming. The security company is also dishonest and treats tenants like dirt.Im convinced that the rising damp problem across Century City is something that the developers and managing agents are covering up and hiding to avoid liability.

New owners and tenants beware! Mold in flats, aggressive management, visitors not welcome, the list goes on. No wonder the property prices are falling and the place is empty.Edit: Engaging response from management below, really shows why the pool was out of action for nearly a year and half the gym equipment is broken. Security here think that they are super police, and treats visitors like rubbish ( I chose my words carefully, could have used another). Complex looks neat and tidy, but with Gestapo at the gate, one feels very unwelcome.

Neat security complex. A well designed development with good security. I think it is a good place for a single person, or a couple that travels a lot. You can leave your home without having to worry. It is also conveniently located close to Century City.It is over priced and sometimes it is difficult for your visitors to come visit, sometimes there is even a queue of visitors.

Nice amenities and friendly staff. The security guards are real sweethearts to the tenants. The apartments themselves arent the best. They look great on a glance but Ive stayed in 3 different flats in Villa Italia, they all had issues with mould and wind drafts. All the windows and doors are banging whenever there is a windy day. Apartments are also extremely cold all year round.

A huge complex consist of six separate block of units and a swimming pool to keep the kids entertained ,24hr security entrance and close to Century City and the high way that is well looked after

Well-designed and secure apartment complex in Century City close to Canal Walk Shopping Centre and all the nearby amenities. Walking along the canals, Central Park and Intaka Island are just some of the things to try! A family friendly area with good schools and access to public transport.

Security is good. Complex is big and neat

Complex has huge issues with mold and dampness, owners will repaint units just before viewings to ensure the issue is covered so be wary of freshly painted units in this complex. Access cards didnt work for over two months, their licence plate registration system that they implemented then also didnt work. Lots of blind spots with structure of parking bays and underground parking.

Unit 2332, was newly painted when we moved in. After 2 months the walls started to crumble from damp. One room was badly damaged the other slightly damaged. Beware of mold growing on items near these walls. Many corridors int the complex have the same water damage to them.
