Modern finishes. Peaceful sometimes but building is poorly constructed with poor plumbing system. Walls are very thin everyone can hear you when having conversation. Toilet and shower drainage system blocked a few times. Windows raining in. In conclusion I would never buy a flat here. Its overpriced for the building quality.
