Very poorly built and maintained complex.

The complex is secured and easy to find

Dont be fooled by what you see on the website, the place is dirty and they never maintain or repair the flats. The place grows mold and is smelly. The agents are dodgy and rob people of their deposit.

Great place to stay and well secured

Place dirty needs a paint and some maintenance.

Its not safe at all to the residents as SI Security Guards at the gate they dont 🛑 stop the cars especially the night shift. They only ask me when l was inside already.

Clean and secure

Dirty place even, health compromised. No control measures applied to the tenants. Water wastage is beyond, leaking 24/7. Cleanliness is 0 star, cleaners only empty bins not wash and sterilize. The place smells, bins full of rubbish placed in the parking lot, your car smells inside, the body and windows covered by stains one cant explain. Dont be fooled by what you see displayed on the websites

One and 2 bedroom apartments right next to Thornton train station. Very close to Old Mutual business park.

Quiet convenient location on the doorstep of Railway Station!Fairly clean (signs of degredation and neglect apparent) Security staff at gate very alert.

Security should benchmark from other Complexes , how can you not drive through the security must be beefed up by scanning the disk of the vehicle
