Dodgy characters constantly just hang around outside, feel very unsafe.

If I could give o/5 stars I would! Second week I moved in here May 2020, my washing was stolen, there is no security, she is only here during the week till 5pm, weekends there is no security all. This place is not safe at all, we have been pleading as residents fr security for the the night and weekends but nothing is done about it. Had two break ins wer the glass door(entrance) was broken; luckily fixed the next day... cameras are not wrking, they just here, we asked fr it but nothing is being done. I cnt wait to leave @Virage really, Hopefully things change in terms of safety. Maintenance in the flats is another story my word! U hv a problem in the flat eg leakages, you send an email, they send to maintenance but nothing is done! Been sending emails but nothing is done about the leaking window at the flat I am rent and I not the only one with this problem. There is no value for money at all. @Virage is decent and clean tho, no issues there...

The Rental Agent Did not answer once when I phoned her.

The complex is not safe anymore, theres no security and homeless people sleep by the main door.
