Home away from home.. Safety wise

I have lived here for 20+ years. The block is well maintained, well managed, allows pets and short term letting. Safety & security of residents & tenants is of primary importance and theres a great feeling of care & community in the block. Its one of the most desirable apartment-living blocks on the Atlantic seaboard and close to all the amenities that Green Point and the citys of Cape Town have to offer.

Stayed at an airbnb apartment. Very close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and an uber away for clubs and entertainment. If you want to feel the city vibe but dont want to stay next to a club, this is your place to be. If you enjoy walking, you can take a stroll to the V&A waterfront. With so many activities in a 5km radius, you cant go wrong.
