The building looks modern but has no lift, is not friendly for the disabled, despite the fact that a parking space for disabled people is designated. Guest are not allowed to park in the complex.

Really great spacious/ modern apartments. Only downside is that there is no elevator, which can become rather difficult taking groceries up to the 3rd floor. But we are truly happy with our place and it is neat and well managed.

Neat, secure, underground parking (not for visitors). Security guard on premises. Flat interiors modern, bedrooms are spacious. master bedroom has ensuite bath. Solar panels for geysers installed for every flat.

Lovely area. Rental apartments. Great managing agent. Stunning mountain views on 2 sides.
