Awesome service and very knowledgeable staff memebers. I took my laptop in for repairs. The same day I received a feedback from them. They clearly explained to me what was was wrong with my laptop and how much it would cost to fix it. 2 Days later my laptop was fixed! I recommend KAAPTECH to all of you who want to fix your computers.

Shocking service & bad attitude. I ordered 3 cables which were wrong. they said they would change and order more and deliver to my offices. It has been 3 weeks and nothing replaced. Lots of phone calls and wasted petrol. Everyone has a different story in the shop as to why they cant be replaced but they wont give me my money back. Dont buy from here. Mickey mouse organisation. Christian is rude and very unaccommodating.

Ive had multiple machines repaired by Kaaptech, and I have always found their service friendly, fast, and affordable. Ive referred MANY others to their services as well. They are always my first stop for technology hardware repairs, especially since they will diagnose a problems for as cheaper as R100 and sometimes for free!

I would like to applaud the friendly and professional service I received from the KAAPTECH team, specifically Christian and Clarah. I am based in East London, and purchased a laptop via EFT for my sister who is studying at UCT. the team assisted me promptly and went the extra mile to even deliver the laptop to UCT campus. Never take a laptop there. They took two weeks, ruined my motherboard and then the owner tried to stop me from taking my machine back. Cant believe a business owner can treat their customers with such disdain. Upon further inspection I found that there was further damage to the laptop including a hole in one of the keyboards keys. Ill be following this up with a report to the consumer protector.

Best guys in town!! Everytime I have issues with both my personal and work laptop, I just give it to them and they repair right away and never took long!This other time I took my Dell Inspiron for repairs, the screen was broken and the backpart was broken too. They only let me pay for the screen and not the back part.. Thank you Kaaptech! Ill forever recommend you guys!
