Bought a Macbook with faulty RAM from this guy. He refuses to repair or replace the item, yet we paid in full for a working laptop. As can be seen by screenshots from running dianostics the memory is faulty. Macaxis claims to be Apple repair exerts yet they do not even know how to run a hardware diagnostic on a Mac. If they did they they would have tested the item before selling. So what is the solution, will you refund or replace the logic board wich will cost about 7K?
