I would highly recommend Allan - genuine, reasonable, trustworthy and capable person to help with a myriad of IT problems. Put him on speed dial.

Allan has looked after Vicky and my computers and mobile devices for us for at least 8 years. We travel a lot for work, so he’s fixed our problems by remote when we were in UK and in France, never a problem. He just takes over our screen and does it. Magic.Both Vicky and I have twice upgraded (bought new) laptops over the years, and he makes it so easy to get rid of one and have everything new and better on the new devices. We have ease and confidence each time we do it because we know we won’t have issues (Allan deals with those for us.)Whenever we’re back in town we ask Allan to come over and update our anti-virus protection, clear the clutter on our machines, run clean-ups and de-fragmentation, and we’re left with what feels like a brand-new machine. Recently he synced our music collections, something we had not managed to achieve because there were issues syncing Android and Mac which were too great to manage on our own.
