I have had a horrible experience with this store. It has been a long road of back and forth.one problem after another, where by there was False advertising, selling a faulty Asus Laptop, the staff was rude and un-informative, they refused to take responsibility for all of this, and lastly I was the one who had to call them multiple time to get my device fixed, and it still was not fixed regardless of me paying for the repair.I bought this laptop in the beginning of may. a day after I bought it I realized that the specifications werent the same as the one on displayed in store, I took it back and unfortunately had to return with it due to there being no other option. A month later it wasnt working.I sent it in for warranty, 2 weeks later, it returned saying there was corrosion, regardless of the device never being in contact with any liquid while in my possession. 2 days after I got it back the problem persisted.I return it again and ask for them to replace the device however that didnt happen. After that it was a 5 month journey of me calling them to ask for an update. I eventually get my laptop back after paying for it to be fixed and it still isnt functioning.

I have never had better customer service in all of my life. These people really know what is up. You dont have to go through that awkward phase of not knowing what is up and trying ti grab someones attention fir help. They come up to you and offer their service as soon as you come in, and they give you advice on how to deal with any problems and questions you might have. Really these guys are great.

Received excellent service today from Johnathon at your Tygervalley branch. I made a noob mistake of not researching exactly what I required and unfortunately the first sales person that helped was not as experienced so some mistakes were made and money was wasted.Johnathan helped rectify the issue, even at my cost i felt that He had done his best to provide a solution for me.So great experience just be well researched before relying on their floor staffs recommendations.

I have never heard so many excuses not assist a customer, instead of assisting and providing a possible solution for a faulty component that is clearly a warranty swap. However, treating your customer like a dumbass and putting the blame on him/her is even worst. First and last time that I will ever do business with them.Tip, rather try and assist your customers than trying to cover your own asses.

I recently bought 2 printer cartridges from this store. One worked fine but my printer wouldnt recognise the other one. I took back the clearly unused cartridge with its packaging and the receipt assuming they would give me a replacement. Instead I was told that it was have to be sent back to the factory to be weighed to verify that it hadnt been used. Dont they realise how insulting to effectively be told We dont believe that you havent used this cartridge Anyway, you guessed it...I certainly wont be darkening Computer Manias door again!

I bought a network switch there and the staff was helpful

Bought a mygica TV box 48h ago. I have 2 other mygica boxes and a Chromecast. It freezes ever 5 minutes. Tried everything including updates and firmware update.... Remote also unpaired itself!On returning it, they wanted the plastic the cables come in! Are they nuts. Its defective. Do they want to sell it on again or return it to the distributor?Salesman then takes my credit card and charges me again instead of a refund. He then does a refund and gives me the other purchase in cash. W T ...Crazy, rude, madness. Not a store I will ever visit. If you are desperate, still dont shop here.
