Well maintained public space for hosting #Eistedfodd performances.

The Cape Town City council allow bergies to sleep behind the civic centre. It is filthy and really disgusting. Car guards which are a nuisance also place bricks in odd stacks which are a parking lot hazard.That wire fence in front of the civic centre is also totally ugly. Presumably also to prevent vagrants from squatting on the premises at night.Sea Point pays premium rates which could easily permanently employ a 24 hour guard to keep this public property clean and pleasant.

Lovely spacious Hall in need of some TLC and a good clean outside. Wood panelling Inside is beautiful

The presence and first impressions from the parking to the inside is one of being dirty and unkept. No one does anything to make the city hall appear better.

Great dance competition venue.... MOVE 2019 NATIONAL FINALS. Lot of vagrants.

Hall needs upgrading but watched grand daughter dance and her group.won very special

Heavy traffic, limited parking. Venue itself was clean, chairs not very comfortable.

There is library in the front side.Nanies and momies bring their kids on Wednesday mornings 10 am for singing class.One can borrow books from the library.Back side there is a holl.I visited there when they had the Christmas market in December such a lovey and compact market. There are public toilets easy entrance for wheel chairs and prams.

Massive Hall, easyily accessible from sea point main road. Close to amenities and cape Town city centre

The place seems to be unoccupied! No sign of life, no attempted revamping. Noticed that one glass entrance door was open but nobody inside!

Attended my sisters 60th there. The hall is very big. The caretaker took his time to open the doors for us - we stood outside waiting for almost an hour . This caused great inconvenience with respect to the preparations for the party

A good mall but the service is not 100%

Tired old building. Sounds of seagulls outside can drown out quiet performances.
