Google searched places who sell ink for HP printers as mine is out. Called these guys to simply ask if they stock Black 950 and Color 951 cartridges, the gentleman who answered the call said he is too busy to give me an answer now and I must email him what it is Im looking for and wait for him to respond by email.... I find that really unprofessional, how can you not know what you are selling or not have 30 seconds to look or perhaps offer to call me back in a minute or two... I hung up the phone and called the next person on google search, and now on my way to purchase from the other company.
