This was probably the poorest professional service Ive received in a long time. First I was surprised at the cost of the colour printing. At R10/pg, it was 5 times the cost compared to the cost at Paarl Valley High School. At that price I would expect the staff to notice if some of the page layout was incorrect and not just print blindly. I ended up throwing away most of the R270 of printing, because, wait for this, they dont help with layout. To top it all of, they charged me time on their pc when trying to fix it, unsuccessfully I may say, because they had a very old Windows program in use. Very poor service. They will never see me again.

I went to Campus Solutions yesterday to print funeral pamphlets. Johan and Lorenzo assisted me both. During this difficult time Lorenzo even made me laugh. Thank you Campus Solutions. I will highly recommend this place. The customer service is excellent.

Very expensive! R10 for one colour page. Made the mistake of printing 40 pages in colour (most pages just had a 1x1cm colour logo, the rest of the page was black and white text). R400 later.... Almost got a hart attack. Not impressed.

Both experiences have been the worst. They will never attend to you even if you are the only person in the shop and doing a million other things at the same time than focusing on serving you. Just to print.

Campus Solutions have a Campus full of Solutions. This is a very Convenient All in One Courier company that will solve all your Printing and Postal and Courier Needs.

Changed their opening time, without updating google, so drove all the way there to be told by the staff, that is in the shop, that they only open an hour later.

Im afraid I havent been to this business since a very bad experience a few months back. I went in to mail a package and everyone was busy with other customers. However not one of the staff members (I think there were three) even bothered to acknowledge my presence and say theyd be right with me. Then another person walked in and (quite rudely I thought) stood in front of me as I was clearly waiting. The first staff member to free up didnt even look at me and instead served the man who had walked in front of me. Just appalling. I walked out right then, have never been back, and never will.

Archie and his team goes the extra mile. Great services. will definitely recommend them for your printing needs.
