Staff who go above and beyond!!! Everyone on duty today (20210930 shortly before 11 a.m. to 11 a.m.) was extremely helpful, friendly, and brightened the atmosphere.Their energy uplifts you, and as a result, I have to say that this is one of the best Vida e Caffès Ive ever visited.Kudos to them!

Sedentary, sluggish and disinterested staff prepared a milky/watery drink that was supposed to be a chocolate frio. Seems the quality of Vida e has sunk to such a low level one can only expect the level of service worthy of a R43 drink at Palmyra Junction, Newlands and Belvedere Square. Avoid if at all possible.

Got the wrong sandwiches that I ordered but I didnt mind too much. The service here is good and the cashier is very lively. A good experience.

Caffè Mocha extremely substandard in relation to others, especially Century City where I had them everday while on holiday. An undercover quality controller should be send around between franchises to assure uniform quality.

Popped in yesterday.Staff seemed distracted - service not that great or friendly. All seemed busy behind the counter with their backs to patrons.It didnt instil confidence re Covid precautions either.Didnt see anyone wiping down tables or checking whether everyone sanitises.Certainly no temperature taking.Iced coffee was good though.Toasted sandwich fair.Possibly I just went at a bad time and day.

Its a smaller than usual Vida that does have a full variety available. The coffee is excellent and the staff are attentive. Wait times are not long either. Great to pick up a coffee on the go.

My daily haunt for a good cup of coffee with my son before I drop him at school nearby. The staff make a real effort to give you the best! Try the toasted breakfast croissant special which includes a solo cappuccino! I always upsize mine.

Ordered a toasty, waited 15 min for it and I was the only customer. When I got it and opened the bag it looked like it had just been thrown in there. To top it all off it was burnt.

As Vida E cafes go, it is as good a one as youll find anywhere. However, it is positioned at the main T junction of the mall, meaning it is always the most busy and noisy place in the mall. Fine if you want coffee, not great if you want an undistracted quiet chat. They also have some snacky lunch vibes going on, which is fine. But a bit expensive for what it is.

Compared to Table bay mall, this branch wasnt the best. Small portions and cold coffee. Regardless, nice staff and smooth service :)

Staff are more concerned about having a conversation about and laughing at their customers, thinking no-one understands. The coffee was piping hot (we could hardly hold our cups even with the foldable cup holder), it was burnt and tasted really bad, even when it cooled down. Would rather recommend the branch in Paarden Eiland or Table Bay Mall.Ive tried to mail you my contact number as requested, but this mailbox doesnt seem to be working...

Waiting 30 min for two toasted quesadillas while everyone who ordered after us got their meals is unacceptable. No apologies from them, and when we got the food it wasnt even toasted.

I should commend vida paddocks staff more often as they are usually great, the barristas coffee always delicious, they are very effecient team whos store is organised an clean.But today something was amis, not the usual barista working, the counter littered with dirty swizzle sticks and napkins and definately took alot longer to get my coffee and brekkie (I had to ask the barrista to make my coffee as she was unaware) I do really hope this is a once off as I enjoy getting my caffeine fix so close to home.

I like Vida E caffe but this particular branch is not near the standard of the others. had breakfast there the past weekend and the food was horrible. My toasted sandwich was soggy and horrible. They now microwave your eggs - not cool. Coffee tasted like it was the 3rd or 4th time water had passed through the grind. Stay away from this store until HQ gets it back on track

Had difficulty explaining to staff what I wanted and there is no table service for sit down clients.Overall not impressed with the service.
