The views from this place are also top class- amazing Mountain View’s and sea views of Cape Town really amazing! Staff is also very friendly and helpful, I had a great time here- especially at the patio!

Simply perfect for the hot sunny evenings of the summer, inside you will find a recently refurbished building with incredible taste, full of life and small touches. In the outside upper floor, and incredible terrace with astonishing views of table mountain to enjoy a cold beer and one of their signature burgers.

Unresponsive via their cell phone number, email address and instagram. No bell at gate so shouting is your best point of entry. Took 20 minutes to prepare 1 vegan burger and I was the only person in the restaurant @ lunchtime. Lovely location, but Hard to support local eateries such as this one. Wont be visiting again.

A real hole-in-the-wall place. A make-shift restaurant that has been squeezed into an old house. Great environment and views accompany this friendly feeling. Food is very homemade style I can imagine this is on purpose and is part of the image of a at home restaurant. The food can take a long time as Im sure maybe 1-2 cooks would fill the kitchen but its well worth it once you get.

Always a winner in my books. Beautiful, fresh food and warm hospitality never disappoint :) Had drinks on the deck recently on a (rare) windless Woodstock summer evening and it was magnificent. The menu also caters well for my vegan partner.

Best experience in a long time! Different but very delicious food. Friendly service and a very unique way of viewing the menu for the day.Beautiful view of Table mountain through the window and on a lovely warm day you have the option to sit outside.Sadly its Not wheelchair friendly and if you struggle to climb stairs it will be a challenge but otherwise definitely a place to go for a different eating out experience.

My friend host recommended this hidden eatery...it is hidden--just a door at street level then up a flight of stairs to a beautiful clean sunny quaint little eatery. Most amazing food. I had crab bowl...deep fried soft shelled crab squid and large prawns with fire grilled French bread slivers on small bed of fresh slaw and grilled onion. The composition is amazing. I also had mint cucumber water, slightly sweet, extremely fresh and refreshing. I am in SA a short time but already planning some more meals here...

Hidden Leaf... hidden gem! Had a lovely afternoon enjoying the happy hour there. My vegan friends are also happy to come with as they have good options for them. Cool space and a balcony to match! My only issue was the doorbell - coming and going. Leaving in particular, had to go back upstairs to ask to be let out.

We chose the Hidden Leaf to celebrate a milestone our team at work had achieved. The restaurant is now located in what used to be our old office.Wooden floors and all sorts of interesting trinkets make this a very cosy room.Everyone at the restaurant is super helpful and friendly. From the barman to the chef - who personally explained each item on the menu. We were salivating after hearing every detail about the wonderul combinations the kitchen team came up with. The meal itself was delicious. The plating was done beautifully, simple but everything was edible and complimentary. We had a lovely round of desserts too.I would really recommend this restaurant for a cozy meal. Its a fine dining experience without all the pretentiousness that one can be exposed to in those types of restaurants. Thanks Hidden Leaf for making our Saturday lunch so enjoyable.

The Hidden Leaf is a great spot for a nice relaxed lunch watching the sunset. A beautiful view of the mountain highlights the picturesque scenery of Woodstock. That coupled with a calm decor and vibey decorations means you are never uncomfortable when coming here. The drinks come in a variety of incredible and unique creations that are equal parts delicious and beautiful. The food is some of the best in Cape Town. As a Vegan I often have to accept hunger as a natural consequence of leaving the house but the options at the Hidden Leaf are so filling and delicious you wont for a moment think of complaining. All of that is topped off by incredible service, the staff here re polite and quick. The chef personally comes out to take your order. There is not a restaurant I have been too so far that goes so far out of its way to treat the customer as if they were family,
