Good coffee with efficient service. The toastie was a bit of a let down, but overall a good experience.

Never fail to be disappointed by vida... wherever I go... at least theyre consistently disappointing... today I had a stale sandwich with almost no filling and a less than average drink... you may be wondering, if they always disappoint why do I go, probably the reason alot of people go... there were no alternatives... if you can. Avoid them

Great place to grab a quick coffee and sandwich. There are comfy sit down facilities too and they have a good selection of snacks to choose from. Staff are friendly and courteous. Great place to meet a friend for coffee.

Ive been going to Vida for years, and the first time I order at this Vida they end up giving us a caramel latte and hazelnut latte that tasted like a normal one. When we went back and asked the guy if it was the correct latte he said yes, and then with a snarky attitude that we would be charged next time we want more syrup in it. Firstly the guy did not make the drinks as it usually tastes, weve been going for years and we know what the drinks taste like so we knew something was off. He then added more syrup and the caramel latte ended up tasting like a hazelnut latte. Worst Vida wont go back, will rather go to Greenpoints one or canal walk

Customers complaining when we entered. Our sea salt caramel latte was ice cold and very sweet. Definitely a no go for us.

Lovely service. At times their internet was done which prevented me from using vouchers. Other than that perfect place for a take away coffee.

One thing about any Vida e Caffe, is the people who work there. They always vibey and make you feel welcome, this branch is no different. Being greeted and helping me choose my first bamboo mug (the blue one) and just having a chat. Also awesome for me seeing i live just around the corner. Obrigado, Ill definitely be back!

The team here are not like the usual VidaE teams. No energy or engagement with their customers and I get the sense that we are interrupting them by ordering coffee. Coffee is great but the team need to get back to customer centric basics again

Visited this Vida for the first time! Super great place to meet for a catch up or meeting! Decent coffee. Got a flat white and it did the trick! This wouldn’t be my first choice for the coffee, but the location near Blouberg beach is prime! The staff at Vida is always helpful! The coffee was ready by the time I finished my payment! Really makes a great impression when the Barista’s are eager to help!

Vida e Cafe closed 10min before 5pm, and showed me away. It does not seem like the costumers are important.

My order tasted great but music was way too loud when trying to order and the staff member assisting me was less than helpful, very unfriendly and clearly wasnt happy to be there.

Not good customer experience

Every time I come in for my vitality coffee the system is offline and Im forced to pay cash. Why can you keep card machines online but cant get the vitality system online?
