Friendly and efficient staff, great place for take aways or to eat there.Good for toasted sandwiches, muffins or boiled eggs and cheese if you watching your carb intake.

After shopping at Northgate we felt like a great cup of coffee. We saw Vida coffee shop and stopped over for a bite to eat and a coffee. Besides the coffee and the food being very good, we were met with very friendly service staff. They made the stopover very pleasant indeed. Thank you for you kind and professional behavior.

I’d highly recommend that the franchise owner do some refresh training. The team of three today seem to have no system of working and this led to the customer in front us walking out and our drinks order being incorrect (like a whole drink short and there were only 2 of us). Looking forward to consecutive feedback about action steps to resolves this.

I was speechless at the disgusting toasted sandwich I got here... absolutely disgusting.. big pieces of bread with hardly any filling in! Wish I’d taken a picture. Coffee was very milky and I asked for more coffee and they charged me for another shot. Would be very surprised if this branch lasts..
