I truly love the Starbucks brand. They know how to speak or relate to young people. Don’t get me started on the personal touch, of wanting to serve you by your given birth name. The Starbucks management chose a perfect local in Stellenbosch, the staff team is truly friendly and always go the extra mile! Never in a million years did I think Ill be hooked but here I am couple of cups later with all the coffee stars aligning. I really appreciate the effort of the staff at checkers stellenbosch store I think the manager is Asa she is amazing!! ❤️

I have been waiting very long for Starbucks to came. I am very glad they are here! Staff is amazing because they are friendly. My taste buds indicated that they know what they are doing. HOWEVER there is a bit to much sun!!! Which makes it bit hot. In winter should not be a big deal. In theory easy to fix? Thank you to who ever and your team.

Bought a flat white. It was very acidic and had a burnt taste. This could come from either the beans being overroasted or from the coffee being brewed for too long at too hot a temperature - of which I think the latter is more likely. Not a very good first experience at Starbucks.

Starbucks is overrated. Its expensive and the drinks are not amazing compared to the price, everytime i expect it to be better than the last however i cant say it has been better. Just my honest opinion. Friendly staff though 👌

The double shot espresso I bought was acidic, not nice and kinda weak. I was disappointed since I have had a Starbucks Double Espresso that was great in Durban. I hope the stuff/owner can put in more attention to the art of coffee and get real batistas doing the job, because Stellenbosch already has enough shops selling horrible coffee, taking advantage of average people not knowing the difference.They have the best shortbread biscuits I have had from a coffee shop type of place

I know coffee and drink a lot of coffee...and I mean lot. I been to several Starbucks stores across the country plenty of times and to the Stellenbosch outlet several times and I must say the coffee is always consistly mediocre - actually really disappointing. I specially visit varies stores several times as I want to make sure the poor quality is not maybe caused by a barrista. Its also terrible value for money that does not come close the local offerings. Cape Town specifically have tons of awesome coffee shops with great coffee at half the price. My 2 teen daughters always join me on my coffee trips and also always complain about the sub-standard quality of the cold coffee-based beverages. Not to bash Starbucks or anything, but all the hype is attached to the brand itself.

Very good quality place to have some freshener drinks, very professional waiter looks like they are all well trained.

Very cool but small Starbucks! I really got an international feel when I walked into the shop. With Covid19 restrictions in place I couldnt sit down though. 😒

The Frappuccino I ordered was not too sweet nor bland. Just perfect. Presentation on point. And staff brought the coffees to us, which was not expected. Great customer service when baristas and cashiers served with smiles on their face. And when I saw them cheering each from the great reviews they were reading I was happy that they were fostering a positive work environment. More managers and supervisors need to do this for their colleagues. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Would come here again just for the vibe, even if the prices are a tad out of my tax bracket. 😅

Its Starbucks and that is what the ho-ha is all about. If you are a big brand person you will like this shop in a beautiful city-setting but this isnt artisan coffee and its not a small brand.Our coffee wasnt what we would expect from the biggest coffee retail brand in the world.This just proves again, the name and the size doesnt determine everything.

Finally an accessible Starbucks, have been here twice and cannot wait to go back again, their drinks are divine and definitely a must try. Thought I would pay an arm and a leg for a coffee but was nicely surprised to find their coffees are priced quite affordably, not to mention the positive affirmations written on the cups which is definitely a mood lifter and a plus in my book. Definitely go here if you have not already!

The staff is super nice en friendly. U can sit there and enjoy your coffee. So did not take photos but the experience is 💯% good

Parking is an issue but the store itself is good. Pity, it was level 4 when I went there so we couldnt sit down.

Had the most lovely experience at Starbucks Stellenbosch yesterday! Me and my fiancé were lucky to have gotten there during a very quiet time of the morning. We were assisted by the super friendly and efficient Akhona ( I hope im spelling it correctly) - shared some good news with her and she even wrote congratulations on my cup! What a lovely gesture. Nice and relaxed atmosphere, free wifi and delicious frappuccino’s! We will certainly be back!

I went to Starbucks for great coffee and my name on a cup. Lets just say, I got my name on a cup... The fact that it was spelt correctly gets you one star but I will not be returning for the hot brown liquid they are trying to pass off as coffee.

Great drinks as usual. Been to some in the USA.But muffins... choc brownies full of flies.. Literally crawling over that stuff because the container shelf did not close.That is absolutely disgusting. Staff try to shew them away. Sure hope no one is gonna eat them now or worse be sold to unsuspecting customers.

We loved the Frappuccinos. The vibe was full of energy there with the batistas calling out every client name.They were very busy but the waiting wasnt that long.All worth it!Will definitely go again and again!
