My husband and I often go for breakfast and we are never disappointed.They have the most amazing Tramezzini / Pita’s- I am a huge fan of the chicken mayo!The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Really nice place. Went there few days ago my grandmother and I had our birthdays last Sunday and we really enjoyed it. It is a nice peaceful place to get something to eat with family and friends. There is a nice family like atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and the food is amazing. Im hoping to go again soon. I would recommend the place to anyone

Its pleasant and has a lovely open atmosphere. The food is tasty in general and the staff relatively friendly. A few things I noticed though upon my recent visits is that I have to constantly wave my waiter/waitress down if I need or want anything. On my last visit the lasagne I ordered was overcooked, the place was busy, but wouldnt say rush hour busy so I was rather disappointed about that, however Im happy to give Oppiekoffie Glengarry a 3 star and will most likely have more visits in the future.

Unfortunately we were there after 15h30.The coffee was lukewarm. Service okay but nothing to rave about. Wont go there again.

Really love this place for a nice Oppiekoffie Breakfast. The portions are good and the bacon rashers are always delicious and generously sized.My one criticism is that they NEVER have mustard, which is a staple with my breakfasts everywhere I eat.

OK, it gets a bit noisy in there but there you go. The staffs friendly demeanor and great food more than compensate for this though.

Oppiekoffie has a very tasty menu with a wide variety. Delicious cake and pastries and a perfect brew of coffee to go along with. Coffee Shop/ restaurant vibe. Good for big and small brunch or lunches from toasties and tramazinis to home cooked meals.

Good coffee and meals, served in a friendly atmosphere with tables sufficiently apart for business meetings. Ample parking with car guards from early morning.

Rather disappointing. I was there yesterday with a friend. Firstly when I asked does the Eggs Benedict have english muffin the waiter told me no. I then ordered a croissant. When our food arrived, wow and there was an english muffin so I asked him, do you know what an english muffin is? I then told him to take the croissant back as why would I want it if there is an english muffin. He was not impressed and didnt even say sorry for been misinformed. The muffin was not toasted and I really prefer it toasted. Regardless the meal was ok, I have eaten there many times and it was not impressive this time.The worst part was near the end. We paid the bill and then we chatted on for about 15 minutes. However my Xhosa is pretty fluent to say the least and not to mention the lady at the front then pointed to us and mumbled about ppl sitting when they are finished, should just leave. There were many tables open still, we were not hogging a table at all. I looked at them having their little skinner session and said to my friend lets rather go. She was unaware of what was going on but I felt it was so rude and uncomfortable. Needless to say I will not be back again.

We did not have much to eat there. What we did have was pleasant. The service was ok, if a bit inattentive.

We felt completely relaxed and at home, we had the restaurant all to ourselves and the staff stayed later than their normal closing time. All the guests enjoyed their food : the food portions were very generous and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would we return to the restaurant? Definitely!

Normally I have their muffins which are always nice. But we recently ordered lunch (wrap & sandwich) for takeaway and it was beyond awful and almost inedible.

Disgusting eggs benedict. Inedible hollandaise. English muffin not toasted nevermind baked through, strange tasting spinach. Everything tainted by awful chemical hollandaise. Chips the only edible thing on the plate. Service mediocre. Coffee decent.

Great place, we had the opportunity to have breakfast here and the food is delicious. They are popular amongs the local. The have the most fresh cakes. I will recommend this place for anyone that feel like a home cooked breakfast.

Nice shop and great food but the waitors are more worried about their phones than the customers. Waited more than 10 minutes for our waitor while he was standing at the counter scrolling on his phone.

Good food good prices and good service. Went back Sept 2019 and was not impressed with the rough to chew scone. Obviously either reheated but def not baked on site .. come people bake a nice scone for that price

Nice place. Food menu needs updating. Just downright boring. Great cake. Staff need to stop congregating at the till and pay attention to the needs of clients. Walk around and look at clients to check if they need anything else. And if my food is brought to me and get asked if I need anything and when I ask for they dont go and fetch it immediately. You sit and wait while your food goes cold. Did they think I wanted it after my food? Just practice common sense, thats all.

Lovely place. Had a flatwhite double espresso. As a batista a recommend this place for coffee. Really delicious. They also give wonderful shortbread with the coffee.

I am going to this restaurant fairly regularly and my experience there is always positive. Never had any reason to complain. Nice venue for short meetings as well. Prices are reasonable.

We were not comfortable having, what was supposed to be, a pleasurable coffee and chat, as the acoustics are not ideal. We found our whole experience to be very noisy, with the machines (think used to make smoothies) helping to exaggerate matters. The lemon cheesecake was, sadly, more like a fridge tart. Not going there again

4 generations visited and not 1 generation was disappointed. Superb pot of Rooibos, excellent coffee and delicious milkshakes accompanied by either carrot and caramel cheesecake or plain carrot cake was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Nice atmosphere, but not very relaxing, it is quite noisy inside. Menu is expensive, but they have regular specials, and meals including a drink, for a good price after 3pm. No indoor kids play area. They have coloring books and blocks for the children to play with at the table though, and the outdoor play area of the shopping centre, is located right opposite Oppiekoffie. The staff has always been very helpful and considerate to children.
