Worst McDonalds I have ever gone to. For two days already they dont have the Chilli cheese frys in stock. The cashiers dont seem to know what they doing as I was standing by the till point for nearly 8 min waiting for them to figure out how to ring up an order. They let you stand there without explaining what the problem is. Today they only had stock of double quarter pounder burgers still waiting on other stock to arrive. When I placed my order I was told there is only Coke and Sprite cool drink available and I opted for Coke. When I received my order I got a Sprite and was told the Coke is finished. I asked the supervisor what is going on in this store her answer was I cant solve these things by my self. What kind of answer is that to give to a customer. I really think the people in that store needs to be retrained as they do not know what the are doing in that store.I would not recommend anyone to go to this McDonalds in Gugulethu as this is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever gone to. Management needs to look at what is happening in this store before it is to late and store needs to Close down due to no customers going there and store not making any sales.

Poor service ever since day 1 I started buying from them .. Today the it’s the 29th July bought 2 MacFiest other one spicy other1 normal but they were too dry inside even the Fries were to dry like they were cooked yesterday ... the cool drink didn’t have acid at all it tasted like it has been mixed with water ... I told them before I buy that I every time I get bad experience but they did again hay I would waste my Money again in Gugulethu Mac D 🚮.... Big up to Wynberg Team and Lansdown 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

Can you answer the phone Ive been calling no one is attending to the phone... This is unacceptable.
