First Ascent’s customer service is top notch. They reply quickly, courteously and make every effort to assist. I’ve contacted them at least four times over the past ten years - each occasion they have been helpful. I reckon that deserves acknowledgement and encouragement.

Bought 3 cycling tops from Sportmans Warehouse and 2 already have broken zips after only a handful of times being worn and washed. So disappointing. Other cycle tops that I have, have lasted 10 years plus and still look good and are completely intact after being worn and washed 100s of times. Why is First Ascent quality so poor?

Very impressed with online purchase from First Accent efficient service and delivery via Aramex..ordered my cycling top at a decent price online..no extra courrier fees added and18 hours later i received my product in the little town of Uitenhage..happy as can be.Quickest and most pleasant online experience yet.

Ive purchases a pair of ladies cycling shorts from your Sportmans Warehouse, and unfortunately the quality of your product is a complete let down. I have followed all washing protocols i.e. handwashing and not only has the stitching come undone on the front right side once but twice in the exact same spot. I have returned 2x pair of shorts to Sportmans Warehouse and is now on my third pair. This is my last and final try of your product and if the stitching comes undone again i will be returning it for a full refund and sitch to Cape Storm brand.Just though i would let you know to have a look at the quality of your product.

A lady called Jean from a company Performance Brands gave us the worst service I have ever received. She did not respond to emails calls and never provided clear information and messed around every staff member that dealt with her. I recommend get your branded wear elsewhere...
