No communication after order was paid for. Tried calling the help desk and the clerk was quite unhelpful.Theyll send 50 emails between quoting and payment stage, but once they have your payment they are silent!

We have been very happy with Marc’s Service and the product received. There were some unforeseen delays but he kept me informed as we went – which is key to great customer service. He is also assisting me with a back order due to stock shortages but the process has been handled with great professionalism.

We have used Creative Brands for our companys promotional items from the start. The main reason was because their website is very user friendly and provides enough info to create a quotation immediately. This saves a lot of time.the products we received are all of high quality and their customer service is very good. You dont have to wait days for answers on queries. I had some business cards printed recently. I found the whole process very convenient, used my own designs on their online builder and they sent me a print outline for confirmation before proceeding. The print quality was great too, exactly what I expected.The service however wasn’t too great. I was told the cards would be printed on Monday noon and I went to collect on Tuesday morning only to find out printing had not been started until I had arrived to collect. I subsequently had to leave without the cards that morning as I had to go to work. They eventually delivered the cards free of charge that afternoon but it did not make up for the inconvenience of traveling all the way from Sea Point to Woodstock nothing when this could all have been communicated prior.

I really have mixed feelings about this company and its employees.Cant complain about having a quick quote or taking orders but then follow up and customer care is lacking.For instance, the sales rep (Marguerite) does not reply to email if there is a problem after the delivery and does not return calls. They also took 6 month to refund me after failing to deliver the stickers.I placed an order for uniforms for my staff and received 10 jackets (out of 14) with broken zip. So I understand the problem is coming from their supplier, but a quick check would have avoided return process and long wait.Unfortunately will not work with them anymore.
